It's important to note that the photos posted online of this resort have nothing to do with reality. The photos of this property are taken from the adjacent hotel of the same name, but it's worth adding the PP Beach Resort Hippo. I booked accommodation and was assigned a superior room with a pool, as shown in the photos, but instead received a bungalow that really needs renovation. There's no hot water and no pool, as shown in the photos. Of course, staying three nights wasn't a problem, but I didn't want a bungalow, just the room Agoda assigned me during the booking process.

We had great experiences there. If you want to enjoy phi phi with personal beach you should stay in pp nice beach resort. It was like living on beach in your own hut. I loved it there.

I booked this hotel from agoda in beach view room. When i reached hotel for checking they told me your room is garden view which is not in front of beach. Then they told me to give extra money for sea view room. Then i give them extra 200baht.

Okay room, cockroaches were found in the bathroom. Also when we checked out there was stains on the duvet and pillows from the Mold the wall. Staff proceeded to blame us when it was there from the start. Tried blaming it on my tattoos I’ve had 5 years, then charged be 500 baht for “damage”
