    I stayed at Hotel Bay View in Phi Phi for two nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and I had to reconnect countless times throughout my stay. Each room had only one pillow per person, and when I requested an extra set, I received no response at all. The condition of the furniture was another concern. The couches were visibly worn out and unclean, while the benches around the swimming pool were also in poor condition. There was no staff member available at the pool area during my visit, which added to the impression that the property was not being properly maintained. The reception service was equally disappointing. The staff did not seem particularly welcoming, and there was no telephone in the room to contact reception directly. Communication via WhatsApp was frustrating, with replies sometimes taking up to three hours or not arriving at all. Overall, the hotel gave the impression of being poorly maintained, with inadequate communication and disappointing customer service. For a two-night stay, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Hotel Bay View to others.

    I stayed at Phi Phi Bayview Resort for 5 nights during Christmas, booked through Agoda, and everything went smoothly. The staff picked us up at the pier and transfer to hotel by long tail boat. The hotel is located at the end of the beach, in a quieter area, but still only about a 15-minute walk to the main street and pier. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and much less crowded. Viking Beach and Long Beach are also nearby. We stayed in a Superior Garden Villa. There are some steps to walk up, but it was manageable. The room was clean, a good size for two, with strong shower pressure. Housekeeping did a great job. The room has a smart TV, and the internet was good enough for streaming YouTube and Netflix, though not very fast. Overall, the hotel is worth the money and I would stay here again. The only downside was some loud noise from newly checked-in guests around 2 a.m. on our last night.

    We couldn’t even stay for 5 min.we cancelled the room..The rooms were full of bugs, ants, spiders. The AC was not functioning and even the fan was only working on its lowest speed. The hotel is situated at the extreme end of the island and the rooms are on the cliff..The pool was closed and it was never mentioned anywhere while we were booking the property. Never going recommend this property to my enemies also. Agoda team take big note of this. I am a platinum member and expect strong action in this.
