    Location: Max. 10 minute walk to Ton Sai pier. The best thing that we found, this establishment is literally on the beach. If you walk out of the room you will find yourself on the beach through their restaurant. Staff: Receptionist was teeanage girl who was welcoming and warm towards the guest. The other members of hotel were friendly and helpful. We didn't had a good impression about the owner as we called him several times before arrival but there was no response from him. Food: Complimentary breakfast was average and I would have gone out rather than dine in there. Note: The best thing their establishment has is that their restaurant (Their food was bit costly) from where you can enjoy the exquisite view of island while you have the breakfast or spend a quite night time sipping your favorite drink while sitting under the trees of open terrace or under the shed of restaurant. Room: The room we booked initially and was given upon arrival was too congested, located at one corner of establishment, which is not the right option to choose for the couple. Then we moved to the 2nd floor of attached 2 storied building, with additional fees of course. It had a spacious room with newly renovated decors and lighting. A spacious balcony with sea and mountain view during day time. Bed was comfortable, you can enjoy mountain view from the bed once curtains are drawn out. Room was tidy with usual amenities. The mini bar freeze as well as the AC system, the geezer in the washroom was a old set up and took quite good time to function properly. Water pressure was so low and you might find some baby cockroaches crawling out by the side of the wash basin. During our stay there was a electrical maintenance activity throughout the island and the irony is that they told us they can't provide water (They gave us a 5 lit. water bottle for washroom use) or any electricity back up at that time, so we had roam around even though we booked a beach side room. I booked the hotel (This establishment doesn't fall in Resort category in any way) from the concern that how to reach there, wanted to have quite time but not so far from pier. Once I reached there I realized how wrong I was to book the hotel in stead of adjacent well established, well equipped resorts like phi phi villa or phi phi andaman legacy or phi phi bay view at similar price. From my experience, I would consider this hotel as last option to stay during vacation at Phi Phi.
