    Hotel was nice. Very quiet and beautiful view. Staff was really caring and attentive.

    Amazingly scenic location, but it comes at the cost of may flights of stairs each time you need to go up to the room or down to the beach. However, if you are okay with the “stairway to heaven” experience every time it’s really a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the serene long beach.

    Lovely stay. Kind staff. You need to climb 140 steps but after a lounge at the beach, its a good exercise. They have like a cart that helps you with bags so dont worry about your heavy bags. But if you have mobility issues, i wouldnt recommend. Room looks simple at first but is super clean. Has everything. They have a restaurant that serves dinner and breakfast. But no lunch. Visit other restos by the beach for lunch. Breakfast is also simple but decent. View from the dining area is insane! No massage or pool. I told them it was my honeymoon and they suprised us with a towel swan and lovely flower decorations. You can rent beach towels at reception for free. They have complimentary pick up to and from Ton sai pier ( the main pier) during checkin/out. Located at the very end of long beach. Overall, not super fancy but highly highly recommend!

    The resort provided incorrect info in the booking page. There were around 8 to 10 floor height stairs we had to climb and eventually we left the resort without staying. Because there was not even any room service and going down and climbing up is not possible. In the booking they should mention that you have to climb stairs whereas they said you can take a long tail boat or climb 145 stairs. There is no or, it's obvious you'll have to do both, the boat and climb as well. I regret I lost my whole day for that hotel along with nearly ***. Will never stay there even if it's for free.
