Lovely place. Lovely family

Lovely place. Lovely family. I hope we can come back here soon. The lovely woman offers free tuk tuk drives to the beach, which we didn’t even use in the end as it’s only a 10 minute walk. She also offered to help us get to our next destination. Couldn’t fault it, we had a great time. Thank you so much.

So clean and spacious, staff were so friendly and helped us as much as possible. He even took us to the beach and to the ferry for us to move locations.

Great place

The rooms are located in a quieter part of Ao Nang but the host offers free transport to and from the beach (until 6p.m.). There are great restaurants and 7-eleven nearby. Rooms are spacious and very clean, well equipped. Great communication with the hosts at all times, they've booked few tours for us. Highly reccomend, would stay there again.

Budget accommodation we advertised.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is quiet. The bathroom was adequate and the shower was hot. I think it’s advertised as two stars and that would be reasonable. The place is inexpensive and so one does not expect upscale.

This stay was chosen, with the understanding that it was a budget option, and in many ways, it reflected that. The setting was quiet, which I appreciated, and the walk into Ao Nang takes about 25 minutes. In good weather, it would be straightforward, though parts of the route involve walking along a busy road without a sidewalk, something I wouldn’t be keen to navigate after dark because of the traffic. The stretch of heavy rain during my visit played a big part and shaping the experience. With limited indoor options in town on wet days, I spent more time in the room than planned and found there wasn’t a comfortable spot to sit apart from the bed. The small patio could’ve been a nice addition in better conditions, though it felt small and a little neglected, and of course wasn’t useable in the rain. It made me realize how helpful it is to have somewhere to relax indoors when the weather turns. There were a few minor details I might have wished were different about the room but they were in line with the price point and didn’t come as a surprise. The owners themselves were pleasant and welcoming. Overall, this place may suit travellers who plan to be out and about most of the day, and are looking for a simple, quiet base – especially when the weather cooperates.

Amazing place, great valeu for money

The bed was so comfortable, the room is cozy, very clean, everything smelling good, dark at night, it was great to rest. Mit is such a good person, a great and gentil host, always there to help.

It is a little bit far from the beach and most busy areas, and the road is a little bit dar at night, making it difficult to walk around.

Strategic to connections to islands, pick up service from pier, scooter rent. Great value for money!

Loma place nearby the town of Ao Nang and next to Nang An Pier, the pier where most connections to the main islands are hosted. The host of Loma Mit is a very straightforward and kind person, he picked me up and brought me back from the pier when I went to Koh Lanta. Very useful considering I had a very heavy backpack. Besides that, he rented me a scooter for the three day I stayed at his motel for a very convenient price, so don't go looking elsewhere. The motel is positioned not far from the Hat Noparat Thara park, to reach Ao Nang you'd have to take a Grab taxi or the scooter. I'm very satisfied with the kindness of the host Mit, the price and the quality of my stay.

An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality, total comfort, and everything we needed—already perfect, and only gettin

Our stay at this incredible place was truly unreal. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning, and the internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done. The cleanliness of the space was next-level—spotless in every corner—and the thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed: fresh coffee and water provided daily made our mornings that much better. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host and their lovely family. They go above and beyond in every way imaginable to make sure you’re comfortable and cared for. One standout moment was when we requested laundry service for five people—a big ask—but within hours, everything was washed, dried, and folded beautifully. On top of that, the host even offered us lifts to the beach and town center whenever we needed, which made getting around effortless. The host and their lovely family were the heart of the experience. Warm, kind, and always going the extra mile—they truly made us feel at home.

There was truly nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing to note is that they’re currently in the middle of constructing a swimming pool, which didn’t impact our stay at all—and once it’s finished, it will be an amazing addition to an already perfect place.

Hospitality done perfectly

Book. This. Place. If for no other reason, the free shuttle service and the location. It is unbeatable being a free shuttle (on demand!) from the beach but far enough out that you will get a perfectly silent night sleep. Host was SO kind, and one of the best English speakers we’ve met

Cosy and welcoming

The room is cosy with a comfortable bed, well-functioning aircon and also a good showerhead, and a little terrace in front. The location is outside the centre and very quiet, but only about 20 minutes by foot from the night market. The owner, Mit, is a lovely man and insisted on giving us lifts with his tuk tuk for free whenever we wanted, including to get less expensive boat tickets to Railay, and would gladly have picked us up in the evening if we’d asked. Excellent value.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Ao Nang at a Great Price

From the moment I booked this stay was perfect for me. Loma communicated very well before I arrived and picked me up from the pier. It was clear he wanted nothing more than to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He offered to take me anywhere i wanted to go (beach, market, restaurant etc) but I opted for a scooter and rented this from his sister at the market price which was great! If you want a base in Ao Nang while you are out island hopping, day trips or a night before or after you arrive from airport this is perfect. The bed is probably the comfiest I have slept in Asia for a while... I had a great night sleep. The shower is great and so is the aircon. Loma, makes sure you are topped up with water and anything you need he responds almost immediately. There is also a great little Thai place to eat very close which serves excellent food at a great price. It really is excellent value for money. OK if you want to lounge around a pool at your hotel and chill, maybe it isn't for you..but if you want to get out and about etc and have a base, I would definitely recommend Lomas Place. Lomas place is at the Nopparat beach end of Ao Nang so you will need transport (Loma will take you) to get to Ao Nang beach. However, I preferred Nopparat beach at the far end , it is quiet and great for swimming and a more local Thai feel vs Ao Nang beach. Everywhere is so accessible it is easy to get around.

Felt like home !

We enjoyed our stay in Loma Place very much. The lovely place is runned by Mit and his wife. Mit, the owner, was the best person we could have encoutered in Thailand, his kindness and availability were far greater than we could have expected. Mit offered himself to drive us to the Town back and forth whenever we needed, avoiding us a 20 minute walk. Mit also arranged for us, at honest fares, 2 days of tours, by sea and on land. His advices on places to eat were priceless! We higlhy recommend everyone to stay at Loma, you’ll find a great place and meet a great guy!

Amazing stay!

One of the nicest places I stayed in throughout my travels. A lovely place, just outside the business of the town. Mit, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much hassle and he made us feel right at home. The beds were so comfortable and setting was very relaxing and modern. One of the best places we have ever stayed in! Mit the host is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He also provides lifts down to the beach which is so nice of him. The room is amazing, so comfortable and the bed is huge which is great. Very good location, the jeep from the bus station passes the door which is ideal! We stayed for 4 days but would have loved to stay longer, we would highly recommend Mits place

Alloggio dotato di tutto ciò che serve, pulito e silenzioso, zona perfetta in quanto lontano ma non tanto dalla movida, una breve passeggiata e siete al mercato notturno, 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, non potevamo desiderare di meglio.
