    Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and big. The owners at the reception are friendly and always available for any request. They booked for us the delivery of the scooter for rent directly at the hotel which was very easy and stress free. We would definable come back again.

    The tv wasn't working because all of the plug in slots were to loose and I had to jam something extra in the socket to keep the plug in, the pools was not clean or clear, more than half of the light bulbs were not working i asked several times and they eventually replaced half of them, they did not refill our waters or give us new ones when I asked. They refused to give us a ride with there free service to our next place, even tho we only used it once in 3 days and the place is so far away from anything. Visually the nicest resort we have been to so far, pretty pricy but the staff wasn't very accommodating... Lots of potential tho. Stay at Krabi Forest resort instead, they are fantastic!

    Rude staff off the bat, we were asked to pay a deposit while checking in since we were from India and indians have left oil, lipstick, chocolate cake , etc stains on their sheets, it's a no frills kind of hotel. We requested for warm milk at the breakfast and were asked to get our own microwave, we were also explained how they dont work with agoda were briefed on the hotels sales strategies, heard the front desk constantly agrue with guests over charges and costs. Hygiene isn't their forte either cups and glasses kept in the room had particles in them, room had mildew stench Positives , the pool looks good This is not going to feel like a holiday if you're Indian so choose wisely
