    We loved Made Hotel. It has a modern vibe. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are so clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was perfect and a good hairdryer! Absolutely love the complimentary wine for residents at happy hour! What a nice touch! We had free coffee for breakfast and we purchased pastries. Both were of excellent quality. We visit NY annually as our son is currently living there. We shall certainly return to the Made.

    Stayed at MADE Hotel for a few nights and it was exactly what we needed for a NYC base. The staff were thoughtful and approachable throughout, always happy to help without being overbearing. The room felt very intentionally designed, with a lot of cool details that made the space feel considered rather than generic. The lobby ended up being a real highlight. It’s a conducive space to sit, work, and plan your day, with a nice energy that doesn’t feel too hectic or too quiet. Great location, strong design, and an easy place to settle into while exploring the city.

    I loved staying at this hotel with my almost 12-year-old son! The staff were super friendly, holding our bags for us on check-in day and then putting them in our room when it was ready. The free coffee and hot chocolate was a delight each morning, as was the evening happy hour. The lobby vibe is great and our room was quiet and comfortable. I liked the design of the hotel and the key card swipe for elevator access made me feel safe. It's only a few blocks from the subway station, walkable to Moynihan Train Hall and easy access to cabs on 6th ave. Would definitely recommend.

    The hotel is situated across from a large building project which carries out construction through the entire night. This includes loud banging and beeping which is audible even on the upper floors. Cleaning staff regularly knocked on our door - persistently - at 8:30am, and yet another staff person came later to refill minibar items, which meant two early morning knocks on the weekend in addition to a sleepless night.
