The staff at the reception. Barry Oswald and Rich were so kind and always make you feel at home.
Our room cleaning was completely substandard. One the they forgot to do it. The other day they forgot the coffee machine parts in the sink. And another day they forgot to leave towels. I was flabbergasted by such bad service.

The room is cramped and dark. There's no door to the shower. Cleaning is done at five in the evening.
