Both my friend and myself were charged for mini bar items which neither of us ever take. I was in room 814 and he was in room 817.

Nice design / decoration, comfy bed, great location.
Low pressure on shower, issues with noisy heating (which were eventually solved), extremely small and ill equipped gym and no soundproofing on windows (so a lot of noise from outside).
