The hotel has an excellent Midtown location whether you’re visiting NYC for business or tourism, you’re right in the heart of Manhattan and relatively close to most major attractions.
But what truly makes a place special are the people, and the team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. Helpful, welcoming, always smiling definitely the highest rating from me.
Honestly, everything was great overall 🙂
I was just a bit unlucky, because both during check-in and check-out the hotel experienced an IT system issue, which caused room key cards to stop working and temporarily delayed issuing invoices.
That said, these were only minor inconveniences and definitely not enough to overshadow the many great things about this place especially the people who create its atmosphere every day.

Nice design / decoration, comfy bed, great location.
Low pressure on shower, issues with noisy heating (which were eventually solved), extremely small and ill equipped gym and no soundproofing on windows (so a lot of noise from outside).
