    Wonderful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We loved being near Bryant Park, easily walkable to so many sites, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and the Flat Iron District. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating, and the lobby was a wonderful respite with complimentary water, hot chocolate and coffee. The rooms were plenty nice with lovely amenities, and fun treats left for us by housekeeping. Only "complaint" is that the size of the room was a bit small and cramped- but otherwise, it was amazing!

    Found the location exceptional, making transport and walkability easy. Staff were top-notch, facilities were fantastic, and cleanliness was impeccable. Only downside was room size, but overall, a wonderful stay

    The room was so small it fit a bed, two nightstands and a wall shelf at the foot of the bed. It was TINY. They put a “closet” on top of the nightstand that could hold doll clothes. Sink was clogged upon arrival. Bathroom was a bit dirty. Two adults cannot fit in the room … and forget about it if you have suitcases. There is NO place to put them. Terrible.
