    Their site in agoda said they had airport shuttle which was the main reason I booked it in the first place. Turned out they didn't offer that service, so maybe they should remove that from their list of facilities they offer.

    Upon checking in. I went to the lady front desk. I gave my ID.. & waited for like 20mins longer because she told me the price is different & she couldn't see my confirmation etc.. after for another few minutes she apologized gave me gift 2 bottle water & hotel logo coffee mug. Still i feel un happy because what happened . Sometimes its better to go or stay in not so famous hotel. But I have to report still for the better . Thank you
