Family friendly with enough sleeping space for everyone, had sofa beds, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked to the Empire State Building and to our restaurant for dinner, close proximity to everything that we wanted to do. They offer free breakfast , I was honestly expecting cereal and coffee but they had everything, a wide variety to choose from , There was a staff member at the breakfast area making sure that tables are clean and free after guests are done eating. Everything was seamless and the stuff knew what they were doing. We were a group of 9! 5 adults and 4 kids, we booked 2 hotels rooms.

Water was leaking under the toilet, some renovation is needed for amenities

Excellent location, welcoming faculty, great view on Empire State Building! The team were responsive.
The room was not cleaned at 4 pm when we returned to the hotel… The cleaning lady did come around 17:00 but we wanted to rest….so in the end the room wasn’t cleaned.

Rooms were clean & comfortable however very worn furniture & fixings.
Not a very nice smell upon entry very over powering smell of spice.
