Location with a wonderful view of Empire State building and access to all shopping, cafes and restaurants. Room was very clean with daily cleaning provided and was very comfortable. Did not need breakfast from hotel but could have if needed. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Will go again.

Very well located
The staff at reception was extremely rude and impatient. One lady specially, gave me a look and said despertatly ‘OH MY GOD’ to my face when asking her for help during check in. It was super uncomfortable, isn’t that her job to welcome guests and help them? Also the security gard at breakfast room was super rude. Honestly, the only nice staff we saw were the cleaning staff.
The beds were too small for two people (and we are europeans, so we’re used to beds on the small side but the ones at this hotel are extremely small). The temperature was hard to regulate, and noisy at night throwing air at us.
