Excellent location, rooms were small but otherwise great. Loved the foyer shop for snacks and drinks

Great location, close to subway station and Penn station
The lift situation in this hotel is a problem - its mentioned in other comments, and it's worth repeating; during our visit 2 out of 3 available lifts broke down, and the wait times were absurd; one other annoying thing was the fridge: these are old and very loud - at times it felt like living at the train station with an old locomotive.

The free luggage storage before and after our stay was a huge bonus. The location was perfect. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

Very well located
The staff at reception was extremely rude and impatient. One lady specially, gave me a look and said despertatly ‘OH MY GOD’ to my face when asking her for help during check in. It was super uncomfortable, isn’t that her job to welcome guests and help them? Also the security gard at breakfast room was super rude. Honestly, the only nice staff we saw were the cleaning staff.
The beds were too small for two people (and we are europeans, so we’re used to beds on the small side but the ones at this hotel are extremely small). The temperature was hard to regulate, and noisy at night throwing air at us.
