    Though a bit dated and dreary …. The bed was comfy and the location was fun . There is a lot of outside late night activity which I don’t mind ( the windows don’t open ….beware if that is a no no for you ). The staff was cheery and helpful . The rooftop bar was lively with amazing views UP at the Emoire State Building !! Having to pay $25 for a fridge to get rolled in and plunked on the floor almost did me in — baaaaad — but I got over it !! Beware if any of these things are a no no for you .

    Ideal accommodation for a short stay in New York. Only reason I marked them down on cleanliness was because there were hairs in the bathroom.

    I was on the 8 floor and the street noise was still very loud. I even had ear plugs and still heard the noise. The Room’s ac was also very noisy. Great location, but not sure *** per night was worth the price.
