Really enjoyed our stay here, very conveniently located next to plenty of shops and restaurants and a subway station on the corner. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and room was clean. Would stay here again!
Only issue is the elevator situation - there are only 2 elevators serving the entire hotel, they are quite slow, and during the day one of them is constantly in use by the cleaning staff. So there is often a line to use the elevator and you have to wait several rounds, otherwise you may have to walk up nine flights of stairs.

Very convenient for the subway, which is especially helpful for the places you’ve been visiting in Queens and Brooklyn.
Rooms are generally comfortable, but some guests say they are small and street noise can be an issue.
