    Dear Agoda Customer Support, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent booking experience through Agoda for three rooms at AKA NoMad in New York City. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and caused significant inconvenience, unexpected costs, and a stay that did not match what was advertised or paid for. I would like to outline the primary issues below: 1. Poor Customer Support and Excessive International Call Costs Prior to arrival, I contacted Agoda customer support to add a secondary guest name to the reservations to make check-in easier. This should have been a simple request, yet the process was unnecessarily difficult and inefficient. I spent 46 minutes on an international phone call with your support team, during which the representatives were slow, unhelpful, and unable to resolve the issue promptly. As an international traveler, this call resulted in substantial international phone charges that I should not have had to incur for such a basic booking modification. 2. Room Type Paid For Was Not Honored One of the rooms I specifically booked and paid for was a double room with two double beds. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was completely sold out of that room type for the entirety of our 5-night stay. Instead, we were given a king-bed room, forcing 2 grown men to share a bed for five nights. This is completely unacceptable, particularly considering the reservation was made and prepaid in advance through Agoda. The room configuration I selected and paid for was a material part of the booking decision, and Agoda failed to ensure that the reservation would actually be honored. 3. Misleading Pricing Information Regarding Taxes and Fees Most concerningly, Agoda represented the booking price as inclusive of all taxes and fees. However, upon check-in, the hotel charged an additional $690 destination fee across the three rooms. This charge was entirely unexpected and significantly exceeded the budget I had planned based on the pricing displayed through Agoda. Had these mandatory fees been properly disclosed upfront, I may have reconsidered the booking entirely and planned more efficiently. At this stage, I believe fair compensation is warranted due to: - The failure to honor the booked room type - The misleading presentation of total booking costs - The excessive inconvenience and additional expenses caused by Agoda’s customer support process I look forward to a prompt resolution and reasonable compensation reflecting the issues outlined above. I have been a frequent traveler and expect far greater transparency and professionalism from a platform such as Agoda. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Fatoma Al-Mudhaf

    Bad minibar service they dont clean anything and take everything out never return. Small elevator and out of service.
