Location
Outside noise could be heard all night. Breakfast very limited, only one lift working so long wait times to/from floors.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Water bottles were plenty and free. There were also free mandarins at reception. Rooms were very clean

Free tea time (e.g., from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) would be an added bonus
For environmental reasons, change towels only upon request, and establish clear rules for this (place them on the floor in the shower; if they’re hanging, don’t change them)

One queen bed Room: basic. Tiny. Outdated. Ok bed. Towels were ripped. Shower was OK. The room was quieter than other hotels I've stayed in NYC.
Location: accessible by train from jfk. Walking distance(about 15m) to times square. Lots of restaurants close by
Breakfast: includes choice of drip coffee, tea or orange juice and basic pastries, chia or yogurt parfait. It was OK.
Lobby: small, dark. Front desk is super friendly.
Ok hotel. Not great, not luxurious, not worth what I paid.
