Very enjoyable and relaxing.

The entire facility including bathroom and kitchen was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and pans and dishes along with gourmet Tea and Coffee. The backyard area had a cozy quite area with hammocks and a fire pit overlooking a pastoral sheep farm.

Earlier check in would be nice but the check in time was as agreed in the literature.

It was charming, the room was wonderful and decorated with all sorts of cute items but yet really functional. The bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was filled with any kind of dish ware, pans and utensils. All bright colors.

The location was beautiful, and there was a lot of attention to details. It was very comfortable and we felt at home. We felt like we were in the country yet we are very close to the main part of town. San Juan Island is a fabulous island to drive around extremely scenic.

Loved the rural location. Eagles were nesting in tree on the property, large pasture in back of property. Great to sit out and enjoy nature.

Super unique and comfortable, highly recommend!

This place has loads of personality and is very well-equipped. It is a shared guest house, though we had a private bathroom. The host was constantly in contact, and provided an extra fan for us since it was unseasonably warm. All guest expectations (it is a shared space, after all) were clearly communicated. Beds were comfy, there was always parking, and the house was easy to find. Really fantastic and comfortable if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

One tiny complaint - the hinges on several doors need a good squirt of WD-40, I was worried I might wake up other guests when I went to the bathroom at night.

Wonderful country home

It was quiet (the occasional car during the early evening and morning didn’t bother us), charming, comfortable and sat on a ridge with a wonderful view. The eagle nest and seeing an eagle twice was a bonus!

Absolutely loved this place. Clean and cozy. Fun and inviting decor. Our room “green tea” was decorated in lovely hues of green. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Owner was kind and recommended good places to eat. Just a mile from town made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great find. Close to Friday Harbor. It was very clean and comfortable, had a kitchen for light use.

A very cute little guest house a short drive from Friday Harbour. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and well furnished. Large bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

The place inside and out was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and made to comfort theres a fire pit outside with seating. The place felt welcoming and homelike unlike most lodging places. Junipers lane has much character in it and history in parts of it from other travelers and guest. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the island.

Fantastic place for a great value.

We booked this stay last minute during an impromptu island hop and I have to say, what a wonderful night at a beautiful property! Everything was immaculate and clean. BBQ for cooking, great kitchen to use, comfortable bed with warm sheets and blankets, plenty of hot water for a bath. We couldn't have been happier. Small amount of road noise, but we were too comfortable to really notice. Overall, best value we've found on the island. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Juniper!

It didn't feel like a hotel. Nice community areas. A great way to meet people. Nice outdoor area with hammocks. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back.

Excellent stay in a unique property

Just about a mile from downtown Friday Harbor, this place is an excellent place to spend a vacation on San Juan Island. Juniper event kept a tab on our ferry status and informed us what we need to do. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay there.
