Beyond expectations! Great Value!

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary back in September. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. We truly felt at home during our stay！The owner was incredibly friendly, she recommended many local spots to visit(hidden trails) and eat. She made our first trip to San Juan Island beyond expectations!

Modern, quiet and cozy.

Room is wonderfully decorated with complementary coffee. It's in a quiet part of town with a beautiful yard for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Cozy getaway in Friday Harbor

Hotel and grounds are well cared for, everything was clean. Staff accommodated for a check-in after their office was going to be closed. Room was cozy and the heat was easy to adjust, as it was chilly out. Great proximity to town, ferries, and things to do. They had a beautiful photography book about the Salish Sea in the room. Nice thoughtful touches in the room like the fresh-cut flowers.

It’s in the curve of one of the main streets heading into town so you may hear some street sounds if you’re noise-sensitive, but they do provide earplug sets in the room.

It was a relaxing weekend

Location made it really easy to get to see the town and was relatively quiet at night. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Was the perfect stay- beyond our expectations.

the staff was very friendly and welcoming, even delivered a small vase of fresh flowers one day we were there- so sweet. the grounds and building was in great cosmetic condition, i saw no maintenance issues, was very clean- grounds and building. the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at a hotel/inn/motel- it even beat Best Western beds! we stayed in King Suite. very roomy, spacious, comfy. loved the room decor as well and the coffee bar including coffee pods was awesome. our stay was wonderful as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary.

would have been nice to have an iron and board included in room.

Quiet night in Friday Harbour

Beautiful grounds. We ended up being the only people in the hot tub the one night we stayed. There is a lovely outdoor space with various games. Found fresh blackberries .

Solo traveller

Everything. I was hungover and spent 6 days hiking and camping. I needed a bed and bath. When i arrived the staff were lovely and I was able to check in early both days. The rooms were clean and has small things like water, chocolates, bath bomb etc. I didnt leave the room from when I arrived at 4.30pm until the next morning. They even had netflix. The 2nd night i stayed I went in the hot tub and the room was just as nice which was needed after 24 hours kayaking and camping. By far the nicest hotel on this trip.

The room was spotless and decorated so nicely. They should advertise as a boutique hotel as the amenities are just as a boutique hotel would provide for you in a stay down to a robe. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that has had wool carpet and I traveled for business many years. Thank you for the lovely accommodation.

Absolutely amazing

I loved everything about the place! Staff was completely nice and made me feel like family, loved the lawn games and lazy swing. Loved that I could BBQ my own food and that supplies were accessible to do so. The hot tub was amazing with plenty of room. The rooms were spacious and perfect! Definitely would highly recommend this place for everyone to visit!!

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the array of games provides in the side lawn! The beds were comfortable and the rooms are of ample side. Very comfortable stay!

The proximity to a busy road. It was a kind of loud in the mornings and dicey at times getting out of the driveway since it’s on a curve. Other than that I can’t think of anything else I didn’t like.

A very good place to stay for exploring San Juan Island.

A very pretty setting with many family activities available such as ping pong, corn hole, and volley ball. The staff was fabulous. They were very kind to my wife who was briefly nauseated on the first day. There was a hot tub. It was an easy three minute drive to Friday Harbor, but it was a bit too far to walk easily. All of San Juan island was easily accessible by car.

Well, the room had some peculiarities. The only place to hang up clothes was in the bathroom. When the shower curtain was drawn in the bathroom, it was somewhat dark in the shower. A person over six feet would feel constrained in the shower because of a sloping ceiling. We were on the third floor and there was a sloping ceiling; it is likely that rooms on the lower floors would not have this limitation.

Everything! Seriously, the little touches made all the difference. Fresh flowers in the room. Bath salts and shower steamers. Many well organized yard games. Super friendly staff. The entire stay was amazing! We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. There were lots of little complimentary things such as bath salts, ear plugs, sleep masks etc. We enjoyed using the hot tub. The location worked well too.

We were disappointed that the room wasn't refreshed one of the days we requested it and the coffee supplies were not refreshed twice. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.
