Loved the view.

The view was spectacular and beach access was very easy. The house has plenty of room for us.

This home needs some basic maintenance. The front screen door is ridiculous really duct tape on the door handle bolt so the door latch won't operate and if the duct tape is removed the will stay closed but won't open. The front door has a bad door gasket, the sliding screen door for one of the bedrooms is torn and kept coming off track. Several of the window blinds are missing in the living room. All of these items were the same way when we stayed there in 2024. That front screen door was super frustrating just fix it. Again just basic home maintenance items.

Great ocean view. Easy access to town. Privacy with three separate bedrooms (if you rent the whole place). Overpriced.

Excellent unencumbered view of ocean. Lots of room with three separate bedrooms (we rented the whole house - Helm, Starboard and Stern). Neighbors are far enough away to make it private. The ocean and gale force winds put on quite a show.

Needs interior work to bring it up a notch. Couches and chairs are butt-sprung, dining table in Helm has seen better days. Kitchen cabinets are original contractor grade and don’t close properly. Main living/dining room carpet shows stains. Counter-top microwave is weak and cheap. Decking outside Stern needs to be replaced. No grab bars in tub and shower (Helm and Starboard). Sun shades are tattered. The single-ply TP and small “bars” of soap let you know what to expect. Was only provided lock code to get into main unit. Had to call customer service to get lock box codes for keys.

A great vacation home

Loved the view and beach access. The home was perfect for our family. Our son his wife and our grandson had an excellent room that fit them very well. Our daughter had a very nice comfortable room as well and we ( mom and dad) had like a mini apartment that was very nice. The home had everything we needed and had two living rooms and plenty of personal privacy when we needed it. We loved it so much we reserved it for the same dates in 2025.

The home did need some maintenance attention. Both sliding door screens need replaced one was useless and one of the blinds in one of the bedrooms was useless as well. Otherwise the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
