About this house rental
For those not satisfied with the ordinary! Far more than just a place to stay while visiting Bandon, this home is itself a dream vacation destination.
Enjoy a “life style of the rich and famous” experience in an aesthetically inspired 3500 sq ft home right on Devil’s Kitchen Beach. Imagine entering via a lavish and expansive foyer to the sound of trickling water, pausing for a moment to enjoy the foliage ensconced driftwood fountain in its center. Then proceed into the living room to gaze through a soaring wall of windows at the ever-changing sea just a few steps away. When evening falls, enjoy a cordial, and perhaps a game of whist or backgammon, in the warmth of the beehive fireplace.
Or maybe you would prefer to immerse yourself in warm, swirling waters in our top-of-the-line pearlescent Hot Springs spa overlooking the moonlit Pacific waters. Walk to the beach with NO steps, even the disabled and elderly can easily access the beach from the Spa room.
We won’t suggest activities for the other rooms. However, you will find that two of the home’s bedrooms are full suites with private baths and ocean views, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The spacious master suite has an elevated soaking tub as well as a shower. The second master suite has a bedroom annex joined to it with a double bed which works very well for children or additional adults.
The third bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom down the hall. Two water heaters ensure a plentiful supply of hot water for all.
The large kitchen is fit for Julia Child and can accomodate several chefs. Adjacent is a pleasant sunroom and spa, with 180 degree views of the beach and Devil's Kitchen State Park, which borders the property.
The media room with LCD-HD TV, DVD player, and wireless internet are in an open loft above the living area. A QUEEN BED and Portable bedding is available in this area. There is also a wall mounted TV in the master suite.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Bandon is the 'Carmel' of the Oregon coast, with endless beaches, great restaurants, art galleries, and the world-class golf course just north of town. But a lot less crowded, and a lot more pristine. Bandon is located in Oregon's South Coast 'banana belt' where one experiences mild winters and cool summers.
The Coquille River SALMON RUN starts 9/1, returning 30,000 Fall King Salmon, averaging 25 to 50 pounds. All of these fish are caught in tidewater areas of the Lower Coquille River near Bandon. These Fall King Salmon are big and mean with very good quality. Coquille River Fall King Salmon fishing remains good September through October.
GOLF MAGAZINE lists the Pacific Dunes Golf Course at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort as the SECOND BEST golf course designed in the last 50 years.
