About this house rental

This 1848 sq ft 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is on a bluff that overlooks the ocean. And with a path leading down to the beach, the ocean is just steps away.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sitting area with a double-sized futon. The other two bedrooms have either a queen-sized bed or 2 twin-sized beds. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that has an innerspring mattress.

The two bathrooms both have showers and one also has a tub. The mud room is very big and has laundry facilities. The large kitchen has a dishwasher. Add Wi-Fi to the list of amenities and the ability to park up to 4 cars here and everyone should be happy.

Not fancy, but lots of room! Right on the beach-front trail on one of the great vistas of the Oregon coast. There was an exciting four-day winter storm, and we were safe and toasty, with a great view of the huge waves against the rocks.Beds and biinspiring

My friends and I booked a weekend at the coast, enjoy Shore Acres Christmas display, some local shopping.We had a great time. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, fireplace was amazing. The location and view are a huge draw.This is the 2nd time I stayed here.I will say the kitchen is in major need of some pots, cookie sheet etc. replacement. They were all very old and sticky. I would stay here again but I would check in on the kitchen items first.

Location, location, location! Beautiful views, easy beach access, close to town, and quiet. All of this, from a spotless house, that, although older, boasted all the amenaties required for a perfect vacation - well equipped kitchen, lovely fireplace, comfortable beds, linen and sheets, spaciousness and a great floor plan for gatherings at meal time or for games. Also, the management company was simply perfect. Can't say enough good things.

We were so thrilled with our stay we want to reserve for next year. I as the bible study leader was asked to find a place that was one level ( no stairs ), close to the ocean so those that could not go down to the shore could see and hear it, and a simple, easy and close by access for those that could. We loved the location and the open floor plan. We were able to cook with an ocean view. Furnishings are a bit dated, but the beds were very comfortable. We left my wife’s wedding ring and watch behind and the management expressed mailed them to us the same day.

A bit like stepping back in time but the views out front and the fireplace made up for one of the bedrooms having a bit of a bad odor in it. We never worry about decor and instead look for functionality. location, do we feel good/cozy there, does it give us all we need to enjoy our time and this perfect view did it all with an open living floor plan for the great room and kitchen. A stone fireplace that actually still had the old style swing arm for cooking in it with a wood box above - authentic and it has stood the test of time. The beds were comfortable, the seating was plenty, the location prime for getting a start on the local 7mile one way beach hike available at the bottom of the cliffs. We definitely enjoyed the days spent in Bandon!

We had the best time at this property. The house was cozy, clean, well stocked, and short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property provides wood for the fireplace which was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the ocean next to the fireplace. The house is only a few minutes from the downtown area making it so simple to come and go as we pleased. There was construction on both sides of the house on the weekdays. One of the workers did park right in the way of the view which wasn't great. However, we were not disturbed by any construction noise. The public access point was also a non issue for us, at times it blocked the view but not for long enough to make a difference. There are also quite a few stairs toward the end of the beach access path. They are made out of metal with holes, I was worried about our dog getting his nails stuck but after he went up and down a few times he got the hang of it. We will stay here again in the future if we get another opportunity. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We are so fortunate to continue to make lasting family memories in this sweet town.

This location, Pacific View, was absolutely astonishing! Watching the waves, talking with family and drinking coffee is just the way of life for me personally. We loved the location of this property! It had great views and the best part was the easy access to the beautiful beach! We loved that we could walk out the door and catch a beautiful sunset, and walk right down to the beach. On one of our walks we saw lots of starfish waiting for the tide to come back in!! We wished we had more time there!

The house sleeps 6 (2 couples and 2 singles very well. It has great views of the ocean out the front window. This is the 3rd year in a row we have rented the place and if we come to Bandon see no reason not to rent this place. When we have had questions or comments, it was easy to get with the owner or the management team and they have been pleasant.
