Good proximity to the beach and comfortable stay.
The location is great being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The layout of the house is good with a large kitchen and dining area good for groups. All the necessary cooking pots, pans, etc. as needed to make home cooked meals. We had 9 people ranging from 3 years old to 70 and everybody had a great time.
One of the nights we had to evacuate due to a tsunami threat. We had to stay in a hotel one night because of the location of the house. It is in a low lying area that is in the tsunami hazard zone. Although probably rare this is definitely something to be aware of. Also, the ocean view is mostly blocked by a sand embankment. For the price we were hoping for a little better view of the ocean.
