The Triton: Near Bandon Dunes Golf Resort with miles of sandy beach

The views are OUTSTANDING! The management staff responded within minutes of a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately. The outside deck and deck furniture were very comfortable. There's beach access either by walking or vehicle. There were games and jigsaw puzzles. If you stay here, the closest supermarket is in Bandon, 20 minutes away, so go to the store before going to the property. We were very pleased and would consider renting this property again.

We loved the views as well as the easy, private beach access that was only a 5-minute walk from the house. Great launch point for golf and a nice home base for the non-golfers. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was AMAZING to stay in. Aside from the gravel road that lead to the house it was an amazing stay for our family and my parents. The first thing you will notice when you walk into this spacious home is the view!!! The sunsets from the dinning area is also amazing. The house was very open with plenty of room for everyone to have their private space during down time but the dinning area was big enough for everyone to enjoy meals together. The rental experience was made easier by the host who was always able to get back to us within minutes of any issues or questions that arise during our stay. This property is also in a gated community to be sure to get the gate code before you arrive. Keep in mind that the gravel road may require you to drive a larger van or a 4 wheel drive especially if you are visiting during rainy seasons. Otherwise, this property was spectacular and we enjoyed every minute inside this house. Thank you Sam for being a great host and answering all my questions quickly.

Everything about this stay was perfect, from booking to arrival to the beautiful property. We loved every minute of it. Our best VRBO ever. This place is a solid 10! Highly recommend.

Great ocean view. Would have liked to have been lower to make the beach more convenient. One of the couches was against the window blocking the view of the ocean. It was easily moved but instructions said to put furniture back where it was so we did. It easily accommodated our group of 11.

Property was as described and everyone enjoyed it

Our family vacation was centered around golf and this fabulous beach house! The deck provided beautiful views of the beach and beautiful sunsets! It suited all of our needs for 14 people including children, everyone had a very comfortable bed. Golfing was a short drive away. Amenities were good, however no games or cards and the massage chair was not in the house as listed. Overall a fabulous place to stay for a larger group!

Overall, very good house and terrific views! The beach was wonderful, if you were mobile. We had one person who could not handle the short steep place, so could not go onto the beach. Plan games and tv because there are no services or entertainment nearby. The ope plan and number of bedrooms gave everyone space to get away and also be together.

The layout was perfect for a mixed group of family and friends. Large gathering spaces, and plenty of room for everyone. Doors are solid, so noise does not travel throughout the home. That's a nice feature when people go to bed at different times. Everything worked. Furniture was nice (indoor and deck). The house was in great condition when we stayed, and was scheduled for renovations immediately after we left, so I'm sure it will only get better. The only issue was this: We had people in each bed, and everyone questioned whether things had been cleaned. The rest of the house was fine, but I'm not sure that the cleaning crew handled the beds/sheets properly. It wasn't disgusting or anything, it just looked like people had slept in the sheets since they were last cleaned.

It was the most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The guys and I had a great golf trip to Bandon Dunes. This place has awesome views, is very clean and well appointed. Only issue was the location is a little further, more circuitous, and hard to find than the listing makes it seem, but once you’re there, you’ll love the place. Lots of room for two foursomes to sleep, and all the amenities you’ll need. Just be sure to stock up on food and libations before you arrive because it a bit of a ways to the nearest store - especially in the dark. Overall loved the place!

House has lots of space for family and friends. Excellent secluded beach access.

Every year our group of lady friends get together for a long weekend. We all live in various states throughout the Northwest and take this time to reconnect laugh and do a little crafting together. This home was perfect with its bright windows facing the beautiful ocean and plenty of room for us to gather in the main living space. The beds were all super comfortable and the whole place was clean and made us feel like we were in a home away from home.

The views are absolutely amazing. Some of the best views I've ever seen of an ocean property, because you look down the beach. Great alternative for 8 guys that are golfing at Bandon and want to save money by not staying at the resort. This place has 7 Posturepedic beds! (so somebody has to double up). Bathrooms are fine, especially the master bath with a whirlpool tub and huge shower. The kitchen is just OK. Like almost every rental, not a sharp knife in the house and old pots and pans that need to be thrown away. Deck needs to be replaced and grill needs to be in a lit area. Lots of small things need to be fixed, but looks like the property is for sale so I doubt they will get fixed any time soon. 12 minutes door to door to golfing. We would stay here again, because the views make up for it all!

Great home for a crowd. Loved the view. Mostly updated, but the kitchen needed some work and more dishes. Close access to the beach.

This is a piece of paradise... Great views of the pacific ocean and almost a beach to yourself! We stayed 5 nights and had the beach to ourselves. Very comfortable beds and an absolute beautiful location.

Convenient place to stay while golfing at Bandon Dunes

The property view and overall amenities and cleanliness were way above average…. Only feedback would be better signage as to which off the 3 road choices at the bottom of Agate Lane was the road to the Triton House…. Perhaps a simple sign that said this road to the Triton House … otherwise our stay was marvelous thank you

I would not recommend this home for elders or small children. Access to beach requires a car for most. The bluff is VERY close to home, in fact part of deck is out over bluff! Wonderful deck, but needs painting. Deck furniture in poor condition. No kitchen towels, limited amounts of dish & hand soap. All that being said, our group of 11 fit well into the generous space!

This place has amazing views! We all loved sleeping on a king size bed and the private beach was incredible too. Can’t wait to come back!

Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Easily sleeps 12 people in king beds. Fantastic views

Easy with no problems

Our stay was good. No complaints there but the cleaning people were still vacuuming, mopping and taking out garbage when we were supposed to be able to be in the house, we had to sit and wait in our car while they finished and waited for the floor to dry. I asked for an earlier check in time and was told no because the house was booked back to back and the cleaning crew needed to be there and not to arrive before 4, totally understood that and that wasn’t a problem at all. We arrive at 4:15 and still weren't able to get in and then when they finally “finished” I was told that the towels in dryer would still need to be dried because they take so long to dry and the bath mats were in the washer and needed to be put in the dryer so they sit there all weekend....so basically our weekend away started out with chores (and because they had just mopped the house smelled strongly of pine-Sol). Normally I wouldn’t mind at all but since the check out time is 11 and our check in time was supposed to be 4, they were still “apparently”cleaning on our paid time. One of our people who was supposed to have their own bed got into bed that first night and found it with something super gross in it (looked like a big dried booger or big bug , we took pictures) and the sheets had for sure not been changed even though it tells us on their list for check out to strip the bed and it also told us to wash all the towels and run the dishwasher. For the amount of money we pay to stay in that rental I would like to feel like we don’t have to do chores before and after. Luckily most of our group was moms and grandmas so we all are super clean anyway and clean up after ourselves through out the whole weekend, but doing the cleaning teams job was just a bit ridiculous. The house was big and felt homey and the view was amazing. The weather was great so we were able to enjoy the deck looking over the ocean. The owner responded quickly to any emails I sent with questions so that was great. No complaints about the stay other than it seems like the cleaning people aren’t using their time wisely and paying customers shouldn’t be asked to finish their work or wait for them to finish during our paid time. I liked the house and if it wasn’t for the cleaning situation I would have most likely planned to use it again in the future.

Million Dollar views with a nice home. House needs some work on cleaning and upgrading but overall was very spacious and views of the Pacific that go on forever. Would stay again
