The condo was in a really nice location. Had a really great view. Beds were really comfortable

The beach chair said they supplied. We're all broken dirty

The property area is very clean and private. I love waking up to a gorgeous bay view. I woke up early to watch the sunrise, then wait for the sunset at the beach side, it was breathtaking! Terry was very easy to contact and did his best to answer all my questions. My teenage son enjoyed fishing at the dock. Prime location! Easy walk to the beach, to bars and restaurants.

Excellent location in Bradenton Beach. Views of the bay and short walk to the Gulf. Home was very clean with up to date appliances. The two showers were always at a perfect pressure and temperature. Host provided bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs. The pool was nice to take a dip after time at the beach and later evenings. Host was very helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed and felt right at home.

Good location. Good view off balcony. Easy access. Fairly well equipped unit. Unit clean to the naked eye when entering. Would stay again if unit is upgraded.

Bedspread and shams in master stained and dirty. No TV in 2nd b/r. Garbage disposal inop. Unit needs deep cleaning. Couches are dirty and gives the unit a dirty feel. Walls thin and if people in unit up above just their walking is noisy. Kids running is very bothersome. $400+/night too high for the unit until it is upgraded. If higher during the season I'd stay elsewhere.
