The apartment was very nice.

People showed up twice unannounced beforhand and wanted entry to take care of routine maintenance. Notice would have been appropriate. I do not like letting stangers into places I am staying for security reasons.

Great location

Noise of foot steps and TV noise from apartment above. Asked to stay on just another 4 hours due to late flight. Not happy to be charged even though nobody was using the apartment the same day or even the next week after. It would had been a nice gesture to not pay extra. Bed linen was cheap and the main bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom towels and beach towels also poor quality and too small. Had to buy some beach towels just $15 from Target

Well equipped kitchen. Great beach supplies - really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, and cart. Great proximity to the beach. Suited our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

Pool seemed a bit dirty. Would've appreciated more hooks/a rack to hang damp swimsuits/towels. Pillows are a bit old and could do with being replaced.

Cleanliness, roominess, of property, location to the beach, access to swimming pool, balcony and the fact that the unit was updated. Terry from Anna Maria Island Beach Rentals was very accommodating , sent all information prior to our booking and met our all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

There are two sets of stairs going up to the unit so you may want to take this into consideration if you have mobility issues. Also, there are two covered parking spaces, but tricky trying to back out of them if cars are parked in the visitor spaces.
