About this apartment rental
I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.
The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.
Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi.

If you are looking for a wonderful location, close to the beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island, this is the spot for you.Clean dwelling, host was responsive and the beach is right across the street. It is also close to shopping/dining on Bridge Street.

All was good with the unit. Except for the clogged shower drain had to get supplies from Walmart to clean the massive ball of hair out. Besides that cant go wrong with being in anna Maria at all . We went into Sarasota for dinnersome nights more variety there. Sunset is always incredible to see took hundreds of pictures.

The stay was great. The best thing was that it only took a couple minutes to walk to the beach. When on vacation with family, its nice to be able to access the beach easly and simply.

The location was great but more than half of the rooms were have to still be fixed from hurricane damages last year .Check in was very easy . But the 1st day we were there some one in the building busted a water line during the renovations below us causing us to not have water for few hours in our room the coffee pot never worked and in the living room there on the flood appears to be yellow poop that was missed during the cleanup before we came to stay as well as the pillows on the couch seemed wet feeling. I would definitely suggest the master bedroom to purchase new mattress as i am only 145 lbs and i sank in the mattress as if the springs were collapsing.,Making the bedroom uncomfortable. I believe that this place try to understand recover from last year hurricanes but it the little things ,that would bring this place back to what it needs ..The location is the best part .We are not say we wouldn't return i just think these this should be resolved.So the 3 star rating is due to location
