This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is perfect for families, couples, and friends looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy island life just steps from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Loved that everything you needed was there! Chairs, umbrella, tent, toys, wagons, towels etc. We brought some of our own but if we return, we definitely will just use what's provided. Very easy walk to the beach or the bay! Can see the ocean from the balconies. There are lots of stairs bcs its 3 levels, but not terrible. Definitely enjoyed the stay, great location!

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip and included all of the amenities needed to properly enjoy the beach.

Great place all around! Was clean and in good shape. The garage was really nice to have and was stocked extremely well with wagons, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The kitchen was also stocked well and both the beach and bathroom towels were plentiful and high quality. Some of the easiest access to the beach you can find on the island! And the pier on the bay side was nice and was decent fishing. The community pool was a little small but wasn’t busy. We would definitely book again! The only thing that’s important to note is it wouldn’t be a great place for older people or people with mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs and they are steep and narrow.
