Summary:
Spacious townhome with Gulf view, pool, three decks, & central AC - snowbirds OK
The Space:
Ideally located just steps from the gleaming sands of Bradenton Beach, this three-bedroom townhome offers the perfect warm-weather getaway you’ve been dreaming of. Jump on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley, which runs all the way from Coquina Beach in the south to Anna Maria City Pier in the north, to explore the island and spend the day beach-hopping, or work on your tan close to home at the complex pool and hot tub.
Brew some coffee each morning and relax in the Florida sunshine on any of three decks with views of either the gleaming Gulf waters or the pool below. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, abundant natural light, and modern furnishings. Use the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up some breakfast, then sit down for a meal together in the dining room. When it’s time to head for the beach, don’t forget to grab the thoughtfully provided beach gear, including chairs and an umbrella.
After a day of fishing from the pier on the bay, come back to cool off at home in the central AC while you toss the day’s beach clothes into the washer/dryer. Take an evening stroll down to the complex’s bayside community dock for a quiet view, then head home in time for sunset cocktails on your deck. Loved being so close to the beach where we could all come and go during the day. The Gulf was clear and warm. We found many fun places to eat. This is our second time in this specific condo.

Wonderful! Everything was clean, up to date, and easy to use/ access. The free public beach access was directly across the street, so close! And the free trolley stops were directly across the street (south bound) and about 1/3 block down the road (north bound), so very easy to access. Beach towels and a hose to rinse sand off by the front door were provided too. The owner also replied immediately to a question I had regarding the place after we booked it. My only negative comment is that the mattress on the twin bed closer to the window was not good, at least for an adult (the other mattresses were good/ fine though).

Beautiful location! Just stroll out front door and Beautiful beach is right across the street. Property was well kept. Dishwasher was an issue.
