While the exterior of this complex hints of a quaint Mediterranean village, the chic interior is pure Anna Maria Island Americana. This home away from home beckons you to relax, relax, relax. There's so much to do.
Need a break, there are also loads of board games to play, books to read, and movies to watch. There is also a storage room with beach toys, umbrellas and chairs that are available for your use.
No grilling is allowed in this community.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Property was very nice, clean and well furnished for our needs. The storage unit contained plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed the screened porch for late day sitting.

I loved staying here. Cross the street and got through the BBC gate and straight to the gulf. Literally 1 minute walk. Could see the kids in the pool from this unit. Never heard anyone above us or outside while in the unit. Can walk to the back of the complex to a deck to observe the Bay and fish. Would definitely recommend. Condo was very clean and we'll decorated. The screen lanai is very nice.
