Located just across the street from the sugar-white sands of Bradenton Beach, this spacious condo offers everything you need for a relaxing Florida vacation.
The bright open living area features comfortable coastal furnishings, complimentary Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to gather after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare family meals, while the dining table provides plenty of seating for everyone.
The primary suite offers a king-size bed, private TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A queen guest bedroom and a cozy bunk den provide comfortable accommodations for families and friends, allowing the home to sleep up to six guests.
Step outside to your private screened balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine after a day in the Florida sunshine. Guests also enjoy access to two heated community pools, a community dock on the bay, elevator access, and one assigned covered parking space.

• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parking – One assigned covered parking space.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The property was clean and well equipped very close to the beach with a beach entrance right across the street. Loved that there was a wagon and beach chairs in the condo making the beach much more enjoyable. There were a couple of restaurants within quick walking distance. There was a trolley pick up across the street and while we didn’t use the trolley it was very convenient to have if didn’t have a car. The only negative was that the air stopped working twice in the condo. The first time the property management team got it fixed right away but it went out again the next day and we did not realize until that evening and being a Sunday night it did not get fixed prior to our departure the next day which made for a pretty uncomfortable night sleeping and morning packing up and getting ready to leave (82 degrees inside).

The location was great everything was clean the pathway with access to the beach was very convenient with a nice little walkway and an area to rinse the sand, the pool was clean and refreshing we would without a doubt return to this location.

It was convenient to the beach. There was no view though of the beach. It was very outdated and the kitchen was ill equipped for cooking. Old appliances. The beds were very hard. We never did find a hose on the building to hose off beach gear. The rental property was helpful when the laundry door fell off but no one ever came to get rid of bugs in the bedroom. We won’t stay here again.
