Overall, it was a great experience. Only issue is I didn't have a parking pass, but when I called, I was told not to worry about it. Great place and the pool was amazing. Perfect area to stay.

The place was excellent and is in an outstanding location. Very spacious and clean. 2 minute walk to the sand. Plenty of supplies for the beach in the property’s lower level garage (which can also be used for car parking) including wagon, chairs, canopy. The Bradenton Beach Club has a private entry to the beach and lounge chairs are already set up on the beach though they are limited in number, 12-14 if I had a guess, 12-15 minute walk to Bridge Street for shopping, restaurants, and bars which is a great place to visit while staying there. On the way to Bridge Street, several other establishments can be found. Pool and hot tub is a 30 second walk across the parking lot. The host was great to work with and check in/check out was a breeze. They were very resposive.Elevator in the unit is helpful for loading and unloading, if needed. Would highly recommend staying here and in this part of Anna Maria Island.

We have been friends for 45 years. We are 60 now and we planned a girls trip. One of us has been to Anna Maria island many times and so we booked the rental for 5 days. Close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. Good location, comfortable and clean. Good amount of towels and beach towels. There were no parking passes that we could locate inside the house. We wished there would have been more blankets, TP, Kleenex and trash bags. Overall it was very nice!
