This condo will accommodate 12. A tropical yard setting with a nice seating area, with a Fire Pit Area.
A private sundeck for each unit to enjoy your sunrise morning coffee. Two car garage under building for each unit and a downstairs sitting area with grill and firepit. We had a great week on AMI. Getaway Retreat is in a great location with the ocean two blocks down and the bay right behind you. We had a couple issues at the beginning of the week, but Island Vacation Properties went above and beyond to make sure they were resolved. I highly recommend the Getaway Retreat!! Loved the location to the beach and the amenities but the linens were not changed when we checked in. Took a while to reach someone but it was taken care of that night.

Had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay at the rental. Couple things that I would consider repairing in Rental B. 1) Shower Head leaks at the hose connection2) Washer and Dryer combo unit was very slow. 3 hours to complete a small load.3) Fish smell in fridge and freezer was horrible. Ice was always stinky. I would prohibit people from putting bait in the fridge. 4) Little sewer smell of back deck and side yard could use a little love.Just letting ya know.....Thanks againRoger
