About this apartment rental
I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.
The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.
Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi.

This unit itself overlooks an inner courtyard. It is on the second floor with stair access. It is convenient to both outdoor parking behind the building and a parking garage space under adjacent condos. The unit was clean and came with a good amount of bathroom linens, and four larger beach towels. There is a beach umbrella and some low-slung beach chairs stored in a closet. There is a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo available in the bathroom.The kitchen included dish soap, dishwasher pods, four dish towels, and a new, wrapped sponge. The refrigerator has an ice maker. Pots, pans and dishware are sufficient. The door to the unit is opened by a push button lock device. This was very convenient for beach going as we didn’t have to carry any keys with us (and the code is changed for each new guest). The best feature of this property is its beach access. Directly across the street is a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, which starts immediately at the other side of the street. No long walk to the actual beach. You are right there! There are plentiful lounge chairs available for guests at the beach. There is a beautiful pergola -style pavilion with tables, chairs, some shade trees, and a perfect view of the sunset. We did not use either of the two pools since the beach was gorgeous and so accessible.I will gladly rent from this host again. We toured the island—I don’t think you can do any better at this price range. I really loved this property.

We had a great stay here on AMI. The condo had everything we needed and was very close to the beach.

We had a great stay. It was just two of us so the place was very roomy. I really liked the location. Normally we stay at Holmes Beach but I like this location much better. Having the lounge chairs available on the beach made it super easy for us to get out there and enjoy the sun. Parking was never an issue either which is a plus.

Pros- clean, right across from the beach, nice property, great location and owner allowed us to check in a little early. Cons- tiny place, we had 3 people and that is the max I would want in that place, seating for 4 at the counter but we had to remove the 4th stool just to be comfortable to sit and eat. No other horizontal surface to use for eating on or playing games other than the small counter. Washer and dryer was on the second floor of a different building. No hooks for anything other than in the shower so everything went on the furniture or floor, kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and cooking tools but nothing else so bring everything, even an oven mitt, no information provided about the property and was told not to ask the receptionist desk, no dressers to unpack your belongings. A few of these cons can go a long way if changed and make this place so much better.
