I loved staying at SpringHill suites by Marriott. Is was so nice, clean and very comfortable

Our entire stay we didn’t have our room cleaned. We understood it would be every other day. The third day we let housekeeping know we were leaving, they were cleaning the room across from us. They didn’t clean. The following day a different housekeeper was walking by as we were leaving and my husband asked to have our room cleaned since it hadn’t been cleaned since we checked in. Again the room wasn’t cleaned. We went to the desk and asked for clean towels so they went in the back and got them for us. The gentleman told us the housekeeper didn’t speak English. I know the second one did. At any rate if they didn’t understand they should have gotten someone who did. We had a business guest go up to the room thinking the room would be clean. How awful to have the bed unmade, wet towels and trash not emptied. I expected better from Marriott.

Great hotel- clean, comfortable, and nice. I liked that there was a little gym there and the breakfast was great. The 2nd floor deck was a cool hangout spot and loved the location of the hotel.

It was extremely clean! Great breakfast to start our day, large comfortable room, and free charging for our Tesla

The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the bed, it's super comfy with soft pillows. I liked having a smart tv and big couch which could also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower were very big and spacious, really enjoyed that. The room was amazing overall. I also liked that they had snacks, medicine and water available to buy, sometimes you just forget something and don't feel like going out to the shops. I had a late checkout on the last day and the receptionists were more than happy to take care of my luggages while I was out exploring.

There was one day where the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bins were emptied however the rest of the room was left undone. It could have been by mistake but I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. The window couldn't be fully opened, I assume maybe because the room was on the ground floor and people could have access from outside. The problem is it gets stuffy with the fitted carpeting so being able to open the window would help with air circulation. Breakfast was mostly good, although some days it seemed like there wasn't a lot of food variety.

The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

Being near the elevator was a bit noisy and the usb outlet would shut off after removing the key card. We figured it out eventually.

Bathroom was large!

This was a handicapped room. The bed was so high that I was unable to get into it and had to sleep on the sofa.

FABULOUS - Spacious - CLEAN - amazing location - super friendly and professional staff - very COMFORTABLE - we stayed the night going to the Darker Waves festival and it was just perfect - would stay here again and again - Better than advertised!

Room is large, our 4th floor room had a beautiful sunset view, breakfast has improved greatly since last visit. The location is convenient to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also free charging for our EV.

No privacy in bathroom. Toilet is tiny and low to ground, flushing handle on backwards. “Nightly rate” is a base rate and doesn’t reflect what you end up paying.

Room was spacious and had a nice working space.

Receptionist was rude, incompetent and demanded ridiculous and irrelevant information. TV was not working properly and had to be reser several times.

Breakfast was not up to par with other hotels charging similar room prices.
