Overall good experience.

Wish the walk to our room wasn't so far.

Staffs are extremely good, good breakfast accommodations is clean comfortable stay..

Pool was not clean, not heated my son was not able to swim but other than that overall satisfied.

Like the location. A lot of restaurants and a lot of shopping stores all nearby.

Most of the property was great rooms were OK. The water pressure in the shower was a little off.

Breakfast was really good

The building itself is old but it clean. The room was decent and the bed is comfortable.

The traffic is hard to get off the property especially during rush hours.

Breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful noticing my needs before I asked.

When we addressed our mini fridge was not cold enough for food safety, and, the land line phone was not even plugged in they did NOT care my family had to waste $60 of food. The only thing they offered to remediate was a late check out. Not even a free bottle of water was offered. The towels they brought one had a brown stain. I have called to reach a manager and was treated very evasive. No manager presence on site!!

Absolutely nothing I hated every bit of your property. Every single bit of your property was terribly terrible. Let me explain what happened. I showed up to your property on January 16 ready to stay the night except I booked the wrong day. I booked it for seven days later on January 23, which was last night as you could see. I did not show up to my reservation when I was standing in your lobby, and I asked for you to ask Booking.com to make an exception and transfer the funds over whoever the manager of young Jessica work in the counter by the way Jessica working the counter that night was awesome. She was the only one that was nice to me. Her manager who was there said no she had told me yes but the manager said me no on transferring the funds to stay there. I was not a budget when I was there. I had no extra money to pay for another room, y’all wanted $185 for the night when I had already spent $150 for the night on Booking.com Jessica had told me it was only gonna be 30 or $40 more and that would’ve been fine. I could’ve just gone to sleep and nothing what it mattered but whoever the manager was there that night said no no no no no no and it’s unbelievable that somebody would tell another human being know when they’re in despair and when they simply made a mistake, whoever you are reading this message right now have you ever made a mistake I know I have and that’s exactly what happened here. I made a mistake. This hotel is the worst hotel in the whole world. You guys are horribly horrible and it’s unbelievable that you have no compassion for another human being walking around in this earth nowadays, whoever is reading this please please make sure that you get this forwarded to whoever whoever needs to read this higher up and management that you’re lousy horrible terrible hotel that you guys run there. You guys should be out of business. You should close tomorrow that’s ridiculous. We’re talking about $150.
