This is the second time I’ve stayed in the hotel. The price is good sometimes it gets a little noisy

I don’t really eat much for breakfast, but I like the fact that they had yogurt choices and the coffee was good. I’ve had really bad coffee at other establishments, but I enjoyed the fact that you had the vanilla creamer and the coffee was decent. Probably one of the best coffees I’ve had at a hotel.

So in my room, the water in the shower did not work. It just put out very hot water. I could not get any cooler water and I did not like that and it was somewhat loose and wobbly the faucet. It was broken. The TV was mounted at an angle facing down, so it was hard to really watch TV as you were laying in bed. Those were the only two things in the room that I saw that I felt could have been changed

I can’t say you get what you pay for because the hotel is expensive and not worth it in my opinion.

The lobby was clean and they offered water.

The lobby closes after a specific time. The elevators are on the outside of the facility. The only ice machine I saw was on the first floor and outside of the hotel. The room smelled and was decent.

Breakfast was not good. Very hot in the breakfast room. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the freezer section wasn’t really a freezer. Wouldn’t keep our ice packs cold for the beach during the day and our food we packed barely stayed cold.

Fine accommodations, poor management.

The property was fine. The area was kept clean. The owners obviously put work into the place, It’s unfortunate that the inexpensive price apparently attracts people who have zero respect for a place trying to provide decent lodgings at a low cost. So you get broken toilet paper roll holders, noisy neighbors and other broken things around the property

The staff were unyielding and unwilling to work with me when we ran into an emergency on the road. Thankfully I was Amie to resolve the situation with booking.com and I would have been fine leaving it alone but now a month later the staff are trying to tell booking.com we didn’t check in so they can charge me the no show fee and frankly I’m so frustrated and annoyed I can’t see myself starting here ever again.

Great location and friendly staff but in need of an update!

Great location, ample space to accommodate a family, and super friendly staff.

Old building, old bath/shower, old sofa pull out bed, no table/desk/shelving in the double queen bedroom area so I had to put some luggage on the floor. Door key unreliable and opened by lifting the door knob instead of depressing the knob. Wifi glitchy and staff has no control over wifi issues.

The breakfast was not terrible. Had warm items which was a surprise.

Our AC unit was not functioning. Spent several hours having to wait on maintenence to come and replace whole unit. Felt like should have been offered some compensation for the inconvenience or a different room. The new AC unit was weak and the fan did not go above low speed.

Great place to stay, would book again!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I got in late and just wanted to sleep as quickly as possible. The check in process was fast and easy. The room had ample space for a single person, the TV was easy to operate. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion for use. The bed was high off the ground and very comfy. The free breakfast is great as well! A wide variety of options to appeal to almost anyone.

Worst check in ever Aureli was extremely rude, and looking back at reviews seems to have been a problem for a while. My was told we can't give you an accessible room. (They finally did) why makes us fight for it. Carpets were stained and dirty and the room smelled musty. Way over priced for the quality.

Great stay for the price

Great stay for the price. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, room was spacious with a good size bathroom. Large fridge, microwave and coffee maker provided. Free hot breakfast from 7 to 10 AM, there's a courtesy washer and dryer available for a small fee, covered parking was a plus and is surrounded by many, many shops and restaurants within 1/2 mile. Oh, and just a 10 minute drive or 35 minute bike ride to Huntington Beach Pier.

Beach Trip

The location of the hotel is great. There are many places to dine, and shop nearby. It's 10 min from the beach. The Continental breakfast was great. Coffee was great. The room was nice and very comfortable.

The AC is a little loud. But other than that, no complaints

They accused me of smoking in our room, which i didn't, then they stole $300 from me . Saying it was a charge for smoking. Which i didn't and then they gm called me a liar

The lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. We came from another hotel and had an awful experience and she helped us get into our rooms quickly. The beds were so comfy. Breakfast was good.

The ac in one of our rooms wasn't working and the toilet kept backing up.
