Very cozy, very, very quiet, excellent location, very close to good restaurants. Lots of privacy.

I wish that there had been some kind of desk to be able to write on or study. I also wish that there was a little bit more communication with the staff. They were nice and hospitable, but not always easy to communicate with.

Location is outstanding.

The room is very small. Only exit from the room is with keys to a steep stair landing. Then another door needing a different key to the street. No way to enter the main office to find staff with questions.

Amazing romantic hideaway close to everything with beautiful scenery and privacy

The location and view out the window was amazing. You could walk to everything, see everything. It was wonderful. The room is cute and spacious. We even had our own elevator. Perfect for a couple romantic nights. The bed was so comfortable and Val our host was amazing. I had massage by Don. It was a deep tissue one and he’s the BEST!! We can’t wait to go back!

The property was perfect. The only downside was as many coastal hotels…there was no air conditioning. We opened the windows and put on the ceiling fan which cooled the room down at night

Morro Bay & area is always exceptional experience, Front street Inn was very comfortable, private & scenic.

I'm a light sleeper the seals in the bay are very noisy at night, but nothing to do with the Inn.

a bit noisy in the early morning hours, but overall we loved location.

very clean and quaint property

when message sent to let us know where keys were, there was no indication what hotel it was. upon arrival no one was there to check in and thankfully there was only one room I could find where the keys were on refrigerator. would have been better to say name of hotel, room number (or name), in message. originally I thought message was a scam.

Location is everything, this is the place to stay

Location location location. One of the closest places to stay near Morro Rock. You can see the Rock, water, boats, all from the comfort of the room. Huge ceilings, huge windows, decent bathroom and amenities. Check-in was very smooth and a very friendly Val helped us check-in quickly.

Could be cleaner, I found tissue under the bed and some hair in the bathroom. Microwave and coffee machine is in a shared spot. Even though there are only 4 units (I think), I don't want to run into strangers especially during covid if I want some coffee or want to microwave something. Also, it seems to be a shared area with a massage center. No big issues but probably the only thing keeping this property from getting a 10.

Relaxing, private and clean! Best view in town!!!

Best view in town! Quite and very private. Locked entrance downstairs made us feel safe! The bakery downstairs was wonderful! Extremely clean room! Can’t wait to come back!!!
