Ideal spot in Morroo Bay!

We love this hotel - literally the best hotel room we’ve stayed in in the U.S. in recent memory. The location is fantastic, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. And little details like an electric kettle, binoculars to watch the sea otters and two luggage racks were greatly appreciated. And the view of Morro Rock is unbeatable!

The room was exceptionally clean, well equipped with after thoughts such as a Nespresso machine, tea, ear plugs (didn’t need them), and well decorated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotless, and the view - nothing short of perfect.

Parking can be an issue, however, we made it work and there is ample parking within feet of the hotel.

Absolutely breathtaking view of our room over the bay staring at the giant rock. The room is absolutely beautiful with everything you would need and right next-door is a terrific seafood. restaurant.

Had an amazing stay and would be so happy to return!

Loved the location on the Embarcadero. Right on the water and close to so many restaurants, shops and boat tours. The view of the rock is amazing from every room. I thought I had booked a room over the water but we received the Embarcadero room at the back of the inn. Turns out we had two decks, one looking to the water and one over the street with a fire pit! We were the only room with a fire pit. The inside of the room was amazing, so comfortable, even with a fireplace.

Breakfast would have been nice, but we bought some pastries a block away. Loved sitting at the fire pit in the evening but the large lights on the side of the building shined down right on us! ☹️

A great one night stay with lovely room and views

We loved our stay at the Anderson Inn in the lovely Morro Bay overlooking the sea and Morro Rock. The room was great with parking easy and food at the adjoining Galley Restaurant excellent. We left a camera behind and the team made every effort to let us know and then arrange for it to be shipped to our next location, so grateful

comfortable but noisy

lovely room ...spacious and comfortable

the coffee machine didn't work ...the shower controls aren't clear and the hot water kept coming and going ...the curtains are to thin so you have light streaming into the room at dawn and in the morning it's very very noisy
