Relaxing , walkable town with great seafood and friendly people.

Breakfast was a light pickup type but was fine for a morning start.

I wouldn’t change a thing. It was delightful. We had a huge room facing the water/ rock. I loved the balcony where I could have coffee and muffin and listen to sea otters and seagulls.

Go location and I would stay there again.

Location was excellent, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast bags not worth their time or your effort to walk to the office to obtain your bagged breakfast snack. A better value would be a discount at Dorn's, which is across the street.

Beautiful location however, the noise from the seals was constant and uncontrollable.

I was able to find parking at the facility, it was free, but there were limited spaces. My particular room had a balcony wet facing, and so I had a beautiful ocean view.

The property does not have air-conditioning. The room was muggy and unfortunately, because I had a balcony facing the water, the seals barked all night, and they were very loud. I could not keep the sliding glass door open for Air due to the noise.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We took the breakfast with us for snacks. Our room was in proximity to our room.

The tv remote’s batteries worked for awhile then we had to use the channel changing, volume, and on/off buttons on the bottom edge.

Poor Wi-Fi.

Location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area but not loud, except for the gulls.

The property is split into two halves by Market Ave. There is effectively no WiFi at the rear building (further from the ocean). It's extremely weak so the phone will just cut it off and tell you that it will try again when the signal becomes stronger. I'm not sure what would cause this but the front desk will tell you it's the phone and that you have to dial an 800 number for steps on how to fix it which I forewent. My phone's a Samsung S22 ultra, I don't think it's the phone. I've also never had a hotel tell me that. Edit: Their Wi-Fi is the problem.I did a test and the signal is 100% in the hallway but gets weaker further into the room. They just don't have a good system worked out. If this is important to you then don't stay here.

Only stayed one night, had everything we needed, would have been happy to stay longer!

Lovely large room with everything we needed. Balcony with view of Morro Rock was super.

The big room had a large bed, sofa, fridge, coffee maker, bath tub and shower, table and chairs. Lots of mirrors with good lighting, best on our trip so far. Lift to all floors and a grab and go breakfast was a surprise in the morning!

I paid for an ocean view room and was placed on the back side facing the parking lot and empty lot. Very disappointed!

Coffee and cream in the reception area that is fresh, for breakfast. Forget the old pastries and tasteless muffins.

Great Place to stay at.

The location is the best, our room was very nice and good location for walking to get around Morro Bay. We have stayed at the Blure Sail every time we come up to Morro Bay.

- Great location in Morro Bay next to Embarcadero and local restaurants! - Cool View on Morro Rock and Embarcadero from the balcony! - Room was clean! - Nice to have multiple mirrors in the room and bathroom! - Room had fridge!

- Main duvet was too hot but there was additional blanket in the room which solved the problem; - Air heater works on gas, it makes noise all the time because small gas lighter is always burning underneath; - Would be nice to have more comfy furniture on the balcony.

We had a nice little balconey viewing the water and main street. Love the area, sounds, food and the people. The employees at Blue Sail are superior in attitude and wanting to please!!
