About this house rental

This completely renovated beachfront home is available for rent for the months of February and/or March 2026, with a minimum rental period of one month. The beach house is located on an oversized corner lot on Beachcomber Drive, with stunning ocean views of Morro rock to the south, all the way up the coast to the north. The house is right across the street from the entry drive to Morro Strand State Park, with a path that leads directly down to lovely Morro Strand beach. This two-mile stretch of unspoiled flat beach is perfect for walking, running, surfing, sunning, and all types of beach activities. The beach house has three large picture windows fronting on the ocean, with an expansive oceanfront great room heated by a travertine surround gas fireplace insert. There are new rustic tile floors throughout the house, all new bedroom carpets, all new cabinets and decorator Corian countertops in the kitchen and Master Bath. The house has three bedrooms and two baths. The Master and second bedrooms each have private bathrooms, and the smaller third bedroom is separated from the living room by French doors, which makes it ideal for use as a den or office. There is a laundry area with new washer/dryer off the back hallway. The spacious dining table is situated along the oceanfront picture windows. There is a vinyl slider from the great room out on to the expansive wrap-around oceanfront paver patio terrace, with a courtyard wall that wraps around the entire west side as well as the sunny southwest corner area of the house. In the back, on the east side of the house, there is a large fenced yard with an expansive area of high-quality synthetic grass. On the north side of the house there is a large patio area enclosed with a privacy fence. In addition, there is a large two-car garage. We are looking for responsible non-smoking tenants who will take good care of the house and property and will be good neighbors.
