Great spot in the beach track with a short walk to the best part of the strand. Plenty of room, clean and great neighborhood.

The TV had been changed from cable where at least you could get the local channels to all streaming services. With a little digging we were able finally to get some recent Jeopardy shows, but that was about it.The realtor, Mitchell sent us over a uid and password for some service that wasn't listed on the home screen. When we watched Jeopardy on Disney the response time was very long at every change in the show.Comparted to other places we have rented in the past, the TV was a bust. Also, both toilets were so small and little that we thought they were made for children.Forturnately the one I used at least had a hand grab installed on the wall but it was still hard for me to get up after using the toilet. The other bathroom's toilet did not even have a had grab. For us old folks, that was a serious shortcoming for the house and would keep us from ever wanting to rent this property again.

Communication was good. The house worked for our needs. The house does need a deep cleaning though. Check in was easy.
