Kitchen and interior were very nice. The driveway and how dangerous it was will keep us away

Clean house with comfortable beds. The only negative thing is the parking is very dangerous. The house was well equipped with everything you need.

Much better than staying in motels in town. House is very clean. View is lovely.Bedding is not satisfactory. Multiple blankets that are unlikely to be cleaned for every stay. Downstairs is cold since the thermostat is upstairs in the kitchen. The upstairs became very warm from the sun so the downstairs remain frigid. We brought a heating blanket which was a life saver. We had to open upstairs windows to turn on heating downstairs. Felt bad about wasting energy but downstairs was frigid. An area heater should be provided. Driveway is very steep and awkward. Owner should remove bookshelves on the left so driver door can open enough to get out. We are lucky my son is good at backing up into the garage, quite a feat. Most of us had to get out on the driveway which was hard for elderly visitors.

Home is clean, light, airy, spacious, and recent remodel is really well done. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, kitchen is well appointed, and beds and couch are extremely comfortable. The views are simply amazing, and we really enjoyed exploring Morro Bay, Los Osos, & Montana de Oro. There are two minor issues that should not deter most, but are worth mentioning. The first: settlement in the foundation has left a notable tilt to the floors. My daughter & I had no trouble adapting, but my wife has inner-ear issues & thus had to take additional time & caution when navigating the home. The second issue: the driveway is very steep with odd angles, & the garage was not usable as configured. There was a refrigerator that prevented our midsized vehicle from fitting in the bay with the garage door opener, and the more-approachable side of the garage that would have fit our vehicle had no opener. Neither caveat was a deal-breaker for us, and we will definitely consider returning next time we are in the area - particularly if the issues of garage accessibility are addressed!

We did a family vacation here as my brother lives in the area. We enjoyed the home and the city of Morro bay very much. A lot to see and do and the countryside right behind the home with the beach in front was spectacular. It’s very central and a lot to see and do within a short drive. A lot of parks and restaurants close by too. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The driveway is a bit steep so if you have a car be very careful pulling in.
