We had such a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and close to downtown Morro Bay. The house had lots of living space and places for hanging out. We also loved relaxing in the outdoor space.

The house is older with a complete remodel which makea it a great place. There is plenty of room for a large family with 3 queen sized beds and 2 twins. The living room is large enough for everyone to sit around and talk with each other and the add on room is a nice addition for the kids to play or watch tv. The kitchen is on the small side but nice. The backyard is large and has lots of furniture to sit and relax on. The biggest downside to this home is that it is older so the heaters are wall units that are very loud and dont put off a ton of heat. The walls are thin so you can hear everyones conversation in every room and the house has a nice creaky older noise to it. Overall i liked the place but i can see were some people would be put off.

The updates made this home very comfortable. The layout and spaciousness are better than what the photos can show. We were 5 adults, so it was nice that everyone got their own bed and didn't have to share. There was plenty of hot water for our showers (really important after our cycling ride along the coast of 44+ miles) Kitchen was well-stocked, appreciate having plastic wrap, ziplock bags, and foil available ( don't know if that was left-over from previous visitors or if it's routinely provided). Having plenty of towels and paper goods was nice too. Only suggestion is that the small step down from the kitchen into the room where the dining table is, should have some kind of warning-indicator tape or edge. It caught us unawares that there was a small step there and kids or someone with mobility issues may have a problem. We put the broomstick across the doorway as a reminder that the two floors aren't level with each other. Also, the incline of the driveway and the dip between the street and driveway is fairly steep, so cars with a lower wheelbase end up "bottoming-out" and scraping the rear bumper. Parking on the street was not a problem! Otherwise, this property suited our needs very well and everyone agreed that we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful place to stay in Morro Bay, CA. Great location and easy access to/from downtown, bay/piers and major roads. All the amenities of home. The area is so very quiet and every afternoon there is a herd of Black Angus cows that graze near the back fence. My entire family loved it!

This was a perfect place for our trip. Convenient location and beautiful area. Plenty of room for all, nice patio in back perfect in the morning as the sun comes up. Kitchen was well supplied, had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

Our party of five adults was very comfortable in this spacious and well-equipped house. The kitchen was very well stocked with ample dishes and appliances. There is a nice patio with a grill, which we did not use due to the poor weather during our stay. The two wall-mounted heating units in the hallway were inadequate for heating the bedrooms, unfortunately. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This house is recommended for guests with a vehicle. It is a long walk to the waterfront or other attractions. There is room for one car in the driveway and additional street parking is available.

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the location, quiet neighborhood about a mile from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did bring our own toilet paper as had been suggested by other reviewers with was necessary. Our check in process was not what we expected, I didn't see how to check in from the app but was able to contact the property owner quickly who told me how to check in. Home is a perfect size for our large family. My husband and I and our 5 kids had plenty of space. We had areas to hose off sand from the beach and hang our wetsuits outside. The wifi woks wonderfully except in the back bedrooms. There is no online hookup to the TV so we missed having Disney plus during our stay. We will definitely come again!

Close to stores, restaurants, Montana De Oro State Park, Morro Rock is right out the front door, Elfin Forrest is 15 minutes away and one of our favorites Seal Elephant Beach is just up the coast near Hearst Castle.The house is very clean and inviting, The kitchen is well-appointed, Beds are comfortable, Bathrooms nice and clean - though as others have mentioned TP is at a premium having read that on other reviews we just brought our own not a big deal really. We would be happy to stay here again, we love this part of the CA coast and this was a delightful place to stay.We took several long hikes/walks and I mountain biked at Montana De Oro - great mountain biking!Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable.

It would be helpful to double check these things while preparing for the next renters. Thankfully, we were able to remedy these things with help from the property manager for the remainder of our stay. The place could use just a tad more cleaning attention (a few cob webs and a more thorough vacuuming), but overall it was pretty clean.A few fixes and nice-to-haves would make it extra inviting: a pair of scissors or kitchen shears, a small over-sink drying rack, tightening up the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom, a few small hotel-style toiletries and small hotel-style coffee packets, a few more basics in the kitchen like salt. Thank you for renting this out to us. We enjoyed the nice walk through the neighborhood and to the pier area and enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay.
