About this house rental

Custom built home just a short distance from the Ocean and Morro Rock. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious, family-oriented retreat. Enjoy the soft and luxurious leather couches in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and/or 55' television. Just bring the popcorn for your favorite sports event or movie night. The large dining room table provides plenty of seating, although there is room for three at the kitchen island as well. The beautiful kitchen includes a six-burner, custom Dacor gas stove top, but meals can also be cooked using the large gas barbecue on the deck. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed and spacious sitting area with television. The master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi jet tub for relaxing after a busy day. Downstairs offers the second bedroom with a king-sized bed and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a set of twin bunk beds. This home includes WiFi, cable TV, linens, games for all ages, outdoor shower with hot water, and an upper deck and lower patio for outdoor enjoyment.

Overall great stay, comfortable furniture and kept up very well. The only issue I had was that it was on the second floor and everything had to be carried up and down. I was with my parents and it was all on me. There is a dumb waiter installed, but it was not functional for us.

We enjoyed staying in this home very much. We had 9 people staying ( adults, teens and children). We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The house was central to so many places including a short drive to the beach. We will hopefully stay again.

Came out to CA with family and friends to attend a wedding in SLO. Found this house that would accomidate my family and some friends. The house was well stocked, not far from the beach, and was very comfortable. Would definately stay there again. This was our first experience with a VRBO and we were quite pleased.

Needed a place close to Cal Poly to stay for the weekend. House is spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is there is an issue with ants that we weren’t warned about. Had we known we wouldn't have left pastries on the counter. I guess the ant spray left on the counter should have been a clue, but an email with a heads up would have been nice. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful and the view from the balcony of the ocean is amazing. There is a need to stay quiet after 10pm downstairs as there is a permanent tenant on the property, however, we never saw them. The pick up of keys is at a different location and so is drop off. The management staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. I’d stay there again.

Just to clarify for anyone else since the listing does not clearly specify, the "separate" apartment is actually an attached studio apartment that shares a common wall and ceiling with the home. The tenant does not have an entrance into the house and has their own entrance to the apartment. This was not clearly explained in the listing. The property management was unprofessional when I expressed my concerns about COVID with the tenant being so close. To be clear it was explained that the tenant does not have ANY entry point into the home and only shares a wall and ceiling with the main property. The property management was so unhelpful and was not willing to reschedule our vacation due to the travel restrictions with COVID. I asked what their COVID policy was due to the travel restrictions they explained we would have 365 days to reschedule for the same property. They did not honor the rescheduling of the property.

House was clean and spacious! Wish we stayed longer. They have a sofa couch but only fits one person. The bunk beds in one bedroom looked like it fit two people but only fit one. Not too close to the beach (to walk) but beautiful views. Overall a great place to stay!

The home was in excellent condition. The bedrooms and living areas were nice and roomy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and even had special plates for our grandkids. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together!
