About this house rental

This clean and comfy Beach House is the perfect place to get away and relax with the whole family. Located just a short block away from the beach and near popular walking trails and community park the home is the perfect sanctuary for the active family or group of friends. There is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch style home that sleeps 8. Guests love to walk down to the ocean to catch the sunset before a short walk to catch live music at the local brewhouse before coming home to wind down around the fire pit or in front of the fire place and television.

We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 adults and 3 kids. The property was dated like the windows, but overall the owners have done some nice things to update like the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.You can hear traffic from Hwy 1 but that didn't bother us much. The master bedroom bed was awful. The mattress sinks in the middle creating a valley. I felt like I was sleeping on a hill side. Also the sheets had some small stains and the pillowcases were threadbare. One of the twin beds squeaks when you move around in bed. We did enjoy the fire pit and views from the property. The beach is also nice and close. There is a list of items to complete before leaving as well. My family had a great time in Morro Bay and made some great memories.

This home was a great place to stay. It was a short walk to the beach and the backyard was wonderful for our family to sit by the fire and enjoy our time together.
