Located just a short block away from the beach and near popular walking trails and community park, the home is the perfect sanctuary for the active family or group of friends. There is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home that sleeps 8. Guests love to walk down to the ocean to catch the sunset, before a short walk to catch live music at the local brewhouse before coming home to wind down around the fire pit or in front of the fire place and television.

The house is a great place for a larger group. We had 6 adults and 1 child and it worked out well. The house is equipped with everything you need during your stay including a wagon, bikes, beach towels, beach toys, bikes, washer/dryer, and kitchen items like pots, plans, etc. The back yard is a great hangout spot - we had fun grilling and enjoying the fire pit. The house is within walking distance from the beach and is has a lovely view of Morro Rock. We walked to the beach every morning with a cup of coffee and watched the beautiful waves and birds. It is very idyllic and peaceful. The neighborhood is great, even with the somewhat loud road behind the house. The beds are comfortable, aside from the pullout couch. If you think you will need it, I may suggest getting a cheap air mattress or foam pad. The bedding was very nice and there was plenty of extra blankets for colder evenings. Contact with the host was extremely fast and helpful.

This property has everything you need for a great visit to Morro Bay. On the west side of Hwy 1. Bikes, boogy board, toys for the kids. Plenty of kitchenware and excellent bedding choices. We were in Morro Bay for the first time in 25 years. This location was a great spot to start each day of exploration, a short walk for most of them. Taco Temple is within walking distance and a must stop. Spencer's Market is next to Taco Temple and has everything to stock your fridge.

We really had a great time. The backyard was big, and the fire pit was great. The place had all the amenities, like bikes, dart board, beach equipment, and more. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a little small but worked. being close to the highway did not bother us, still fairly quite.

Dear Ian & Mitchell, We have been spending summers in Morro Bay since 2008 but this was our first family vacation staying here at your property. Our week was absolutely phenomenal and filled with many fun experiences. We came this year to celebrate birthdays and college graduations and the cozy and inviting home was just what we needed to feel welcome. We are a multi-generational family and everyone was able to find something to do. From our many walks along the shore to family dinner in the backyard we were not short of any fun memories during our stay. Our stay in Morro Bay was definitely enhanced by having a home base were we all were comfortable and able to to truly relax amongst all our busy schedules. We are extremely blessed and grateful to close another summer here at Morro Bay. Staying at this home made this summer extra memorable for each of us. Thank You!

This was the perfect size getaway for our family week visiting grandparents. We especially loved the backyard hang out area. My only request would be to have a later check out given how many things we needed to tidy and clean up before leaving.

The house was clean and well stocked with little extras. The view was amazing and the property was very pretty. Two living rooms were amazing. Couldn’t figure out the main TV but the TV in the family room to worked just fine. Good internet connection and easy keyless entry. I had to tie the back gate closed to keep the kids from running out into the street as the door opened both ways. Property manager was really helpful and answered all our questions. Cleaners very professional and returned my missing item to me after they cleaned. Will come again.

Communication and check in process very easy. Location is very nice - couple blocks from the beach. However home does border Hwy 1 which can be noisy depending on traffic but during our Fri- Mon stay it quieted mostly at night. Parking was ample and off street. Backyard was nice and view of Morro Bay Rock was awesome!!! Kitchen was well appointed except stove could be updated - a challenge to cook with … very vintage. Location is nice for exploring the area - overall would recommend it.

This was a perfect rental in Morro Bay. It was a close walk to the beach, lots of trails/walking paths and bike paths. The house was in perfect condition and we enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. It was so quiet at night, we slept until 9 am! This is our favorite rental in Morro Bay and we can’t wait to come back to this paradise!
