Super comfortable and welcoming really peaceful and clean definitely one of the best hotels I’ve gotten!

Comfortable well-located lodging.

The recently renovated room was light, spacious, clean, simple and modern, without being trendy. Balcony had a pleasant view of the harbor. Parking under the building is a plus, as your car is sheltered from rain and sea mist.

No chair in the room, even though the room was easily large enough. Only option was to sit on the bed or at the table outside on the balcony.

Hotel is located right in Embarcadero. Most convenient was the elevator! Strolling along several blocks of gift shops and restaurants. Views of the water, boats and of course Morro rock are everywhere. The staff were all very nice.

No storage space or place to sit in the room. Also thin walls — we could hear everything. The cost of that room was not worth the quality that we got.

Great locatioo, good parking, efficient check-in and check-out, room was spacious and well appointed.

The room was very nice. My son and his wife liked the fire, bed and balcony

The hot tub advertised as open was out of order. The hotel should have told me that room renovations were scheduled so that I could have booked elsewhere. I reserved a room for my son and his wife making their first visit here from Canada and they were very disappointed and told me to request a rebate!

It’s in a convenient place, designed well, and the staff was wonderful.

I like the layout. The rooms are a great size. The balcony is nice for sitting out and looking at the view, relaxing, reading, having a drink, etc. Parking is convenient and the entrances whether taking the elevator or stairs are convenient as well.

I have nothing negative to say about this property.

Perfect location and clean hotel for our stay!

The room was very clean. The view was excellent - nice seating area outside on the balcony to drink morning coffee, or evening wine to enjoy the day. Access to parking was perfect. The hotel was right in the marina/sea front area so that you could walk to enjoy your day, good food, and good shopping!

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel.

Everything was clean and well thought out for a comfortable stay. The room was large with plenty of hanging space and drawers. The bathroom was old fashioned with the shower in the bathtub by they even though of providing a nonslip mat - a big plus. The coffee in the room was excellent and replacements were provided. The staff were helpful and always nice with use. The location was perfect - just away to be quiet but close enough for elderly people to walk to the shops and restaurants. Bravo - we will come again.

Spacious room with a view. I wish the weather was better to enjoy the balcony. Really quiet location at the end of the main block. Friendly staff. We enjoyed everything about it. We will be back.

A fantastic location, tasteful room and amenities, the hot jacuzzi on a cold night is just amazing! Staff were very friendly! Seeing otters so up close was a bonus!

Should have breakfast for this price. At check in we were told 3 rd floor breakfast room included but it never appeared. At check out they said I was told incorrectly. They should use the room that’s already on site and give guests a decent breakfast for what they charge for the rooms. In Libby they had anemic terrible tiny pastries. A joke.

Lovely place to stop over

Newly refurbished spacious room which was great for us travelling with our son. Corridors are a little dated and the hot tub was cute but very small. Appreciated that it was offered though! We went to Morro Bay at the wrong time of year for whale watching which was a shame but we still had a lovely long walk to the rock and a nice dinner along the bay. Staff here are so friendly and helpful, it really added to the experience.

Clean, modern, really comfortable gem!

Rooms are clean, updated and very well appointed. Loved having the fireplace since it was only 58° in June! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They have a “quiet time” policy from 9pm-7am and they obviously enforce it because it was a very quiet stay! I wish all hotels had this policy!

No cable/satellite. Just a Smart TV with apps.

Lovely room. Nice staff poor lobby hours terrible “breakfast” and extremely overpriced

The outside doesn’t match the nice quality of the inside. The room was spacious, clean, bright and inviting. The view to the beach is lovely.

For $645 for one night, I expect the lobby to be open earlier than 7.30 and for the so-called breakfast to be better than a pile of sweet, very poor quality pastries. That was disappointing and annoying. We are grown ups so wake up much earlier. The promise of a “continental breakfast” was totally unfulfilled.

Rooms not all renovated and not as advertised. Close to Morro Bay and Restaurants

Close to restaurants and Morro Rock. We had a partial view of the Bay. They did a Happy Anniversary sign for us outside. That was a nice surprise. The bed was decently comfortable.

The rooms aren’t as advertised. They gave us an outdated room with old worn out furniture and outdated shower/bath combo. We wouldn’t even use it. Hair and dirt/mold in the corners by the tub. We thought for the money we spent we had chosen a renovated room. Those rooms actually cost less than our room. I called down stairs and the guy said the working is weird and that Superior rooms are lesser quality than the Deluxe rooms. He offered to move us to a new queen double room for more money. We had a King Room and already had our stuff out. I would not sit on that furniture or put my suit case on the floor. We just feel like we were celebrating our anniversary and we didn’t get a room that we paid for.
