Front desk guy was nice, room was clean, beds weren't terrible
We were put on second floor with 3 small kids, and there was no elevator.

The staff is very accommodating, sociable, and friendly
Unfortunately, though we booked a king room all that was left was a 2 queen, thats on us for late check in! Was offered accommodation of the king with the upgraded bathtub for our second night and when given the keys , it was a king room but without the upgraded bathroom. Wasnt truely upset it was just a bit of a mix up all around.

It was convenient and the staff were great. Beds were comfy. The majority of the room was clean.
I booked a room with a spa tub. Payed extra because of it. Unfortunately I couldn't even use it which was very disappointing. That's the whole reason I paid extra. The hot water ran out before the tub was even close to being full. For that reason I couldn't even use the jets. And once the water started filling up I noticed how filthy the tub was. The water was full of hair and floaties.
