Motel 6 - Franklin, OH

⭐ 10/10 — THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A HOTEL Ended up here after a nightmare experience at another property in the Dayton area and the staff made us feel like the whole night turned around the second we walked in. Rooms were spotless. Vinyl plank flooring throughout — no nasty carpet trapping years of filth, just clean, easy to see it's actually clean. That alone puts them ahead of properties charging twice the price. Location is perfect. McDonald's, gas stations, and Walmart all close by.

Front desk guy was nice, room was clean, beds weren't terrible

We were put on second floor with 3 small kids, and there was no elevator.

It was a nice close by and easy access

One of the lights in the room by the bed didn’t work but other then that it was pretty good

It was convenient and the staff were great. Beds were comfy. The majority of the room was clean.

I booked a room with a spa tub. Payed extra because of it. Unfortunately I couldn't even use it which was very disappointing. That's the whole reason I paid extra. The hot water ran out before the tub was even close to being full. For that reason I couldn't even use the jets. And once the water started filling up I noticed how filthy the tub was. The water was full of hair and floaties.
