Donato was very friendly. The house is clean and complete. Even chairs and parasol is avalaible. Quit residence, nice garden. We recommend this for your family

Our vacation was great and Donato very friendly. We really liked the lovely accommodation is very close to a nice, quiet beach.

Location molto bella con spiaggia e mare veramente di alta qualità. La casa è molto pulita e curata così come lo è tutto il complesso di Comunione Calaverde. I proprietari della casa sono molto gentili. Note deludenti: - il complesso è molto isolato e, quest'anno, senza nessun market, edicola o negozio di prima necessità raggiungibile facilmente. - i rumori per i lavori di manutenzione delle villette sono incessanti e rovinano l'atmosfera di apparente quiete. - i proprietari della villetta in questione anche se gentili ti fanno sentire che sei a casa loro: una mattina intera abbiamo avuto il giardino occupato perché il proprietario doveva tagliare l'erba. Non ha chiesto se disturbasse o meno, ha annunciato che veniva. Il giorno del check-out siamo dovuti uscire obbligatoriamente alle 10.00 (per preparare per gli ospiti successivi) e loro alle 09.30 erano già in casa a pulire con mia figlia e mia moglie ancora in pigiama. Rimane inoltre l'amarezza di sentirsi chiedere In più un importo per consumi elettrici dopo aver bonificato l'importo per il soggiorno. (la motivazione è stata: c'era scritto sull'annuncio). Il che era vero ma toglie ogni desiderio di tornare. PS: zero internet in casa...solo via 4G in giardino e con difficoltà (questo nell'annuncio si sono dimenticati di precisarlo).
