The house is on two floors with entrance to a private garden of about 60 square meters equipped with shower, barbecue, large umbrella with table and six seats. ground floor: composed of a veranda equipped for eating and relaxing on comfortable deckchairs. from the veranda leads to a unique environment of about 20 square meters intended for a kitchenette and a living / dining room with a double sofa bed, TV and table for six people. First floor: - two double bedrooms, one of them on a mezzanine. - a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine The house is independent, with a comfortable exclusive garden. It is located in a guarded village, very quiet and reserved, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest that extends to the limits of the beach, about 200 meters away, ideal for couples or families with young children and / or teenagers. The garden is furnished with a comfortable barbecue and shower with hot and cold water essential after a day at the beach. The crockery is provided for six people. The complete equipment of large and small appliances allows a pleasant and peaceful stay. The possibility of cooking is complete, as in your own home, for adults and children: you will not feel the difference with your daily habits. The nearby splendid beach, reserved and free access and parking, can be reached easily on foot. Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus in einem großen Pinienwald gelegen. Zum Meer mit kristallklarem Wasser war es nur ein paar Meter zu Laufen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Mario und Wanda sind sehr liebe, hilfsbereite und sympathische Menschen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Magical experience in a unique location near the beach with crystal clear water and shadows of pine trees. Mario’s villa is an ideal place for a relaxed vacation. It is extremely clean, very well maintained, fully equipped with everything you need even for a very long stay. The villa is
rather spacious with a lovely terrace and even an outdoor barbecue. What we liked especially about the villa is the Italian character and soul and the charming atmosphere created by extremely friendly hosts. Bottles of cold refreshing water and tasty cakes were waiting for us upon arrival. We were met by Mario at the bus stop, he also took us there after checking out.
In a word our vacation in Mario’s place was amazing. You won’t regret renting this beautiful place for your relaxation.

Villino ben strutturato e fornito di tutti i confort. Ottima l'accoglienza della Signora Wanda e del Signor Mario che ci hanno accolto con affetto (tra l'altro offrendoci un'ottima torta di benvenuto). La casa è perfetta per una famiglia. Vicina al mare e ai servizi del villaggio che è curatissimo e tranquillo. Mare fantastico e avendo trovato un tempo perfetto... è stato un peccato dover rientrare. Assolutamente consigliato
