Villa near the sea submerged in greenery

Quite remote and you will need a car.

Alberto was so kind to take us from Teulada to the villa as we arrived late. We were welcomed with drinks in the fridge, fruit, tomatoes, traditional biscuits and other delights on arrival. The villa had all amenities listed on the website and everything was in exceptionally good condition. The villa was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were good. The next morning we were able to enjoy the two lovely terraces as well as the well-kept garden. Our children particularly enjoyed the cats (were allowed to feed them) and the donkeys. The villa is in a perfect location to smaller and larger beaches which can be reached within 10-20 minutes. The landscape is stunning and the southwestern part of Sardinia is quieter than than the southeastern part. A pharmacy and three well-stocked supermarkets are located in Teulada (5 minute drive). Here you can find a good pizzaria and there are other dining options in close proximity. Alberto can provide good tips. Overall, the house is great value for what we paid and the owners are very welcoming as well as attentative. Thank you Alberto for a wonderful week! Plus für die Kinder: Katzen und Esel auf dem Grundstück. Danke Alberto!

We as a family always like to see a lot.Teulada was a good spot to do this from.Great beaches all around. Nice and quiet.House is simple and functional and completely in keeping with the description. We had a very delicious wonderful welcome from Alberto for which we are very grateful. Thank you !

We strongly confirm EVERYTHING positive that all the tourists list here about the apartment, the garden and the host Alberto: You will have an excellent time and Alberto will give 120% to support that; he is extraordinarily generous and ready to help. He has prepared a book in 4 languages with important information about the house, waste separation and recommendations about supermarkets or restaurants. When we arrived at the airport, we had to postpone our arrival several times because we had to wait three hours (!) for our rental car. Alberto reacted all the time politely and flexible. Because the other holiday guests have described sufficiently all the advantages of the cottage, we just want to add additional information: In the neighbourhood there are just some other houses in larger distance. You will enjoy the silence (if the dogs further away don’t get crazy), the complete darkness at night and the privacy because you won’t see the neighbours. The holiday chalet is not very close to the main road and the street leading to the house is full of big stones. Because many roads to the beaches are similar, you should definitely choose an adequate insurance if you travel by car on hire. In the house exists also a basement flat. During our holiday there was no one there and you probably would not see each other because it has a separate entrance and another terrace, everything out of your field of vision. In the household we saw many things that are not self-evident in holiday apartments, for example soap, spices (no need to bring salt 😊), garbage bags and all the presents Alberto offers you as a welcome gift. Fortunately, one bedroom, the bathroom and the living room have a window with mosquito net, but you should bring sprays with you because the gnats will eat you 😊 The internet connection and the washing machine are good and there are two clothes horses with clothes pegs. The donkeys live in a fenced area and Alberto feeds them every evening. It’s up to you to feed the five cats and because every one of them has its own character, the chance is high that you will like one. Since the two places to sit outside are well roofed, you can also spend time outside when it’s hot or when it rains and the tables are big enough to eat there. Due to the big garden, the animals and the green plants around you will enjoy your little paradise 😊 Highly recommended.
