A detached house located in Arbus (Sardinia) in the center of town, on a quiet street near key amenities such as a pharmacy, newsstand, grocery store, butcher shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and even a very convenient self-service laundry. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, and microwave; a television; a private bathroom with a shower; a double bed; a double sofa bed; and a crib. Bed linens, bath towels, dish towels, and a tablecloth are provided. Wi-Fi is available. You’ll have access to a sun terrace equipped with a beach umbrella, a small table, chairs, and lounge chairs where you can enjoy sunny days, and if you’d like to cook outdoors, I’ve provided a barbecue. On-site, you can use a private parking area suitable for small cars or motorcycles. Pets such as dogs and cats are welcome, but owners must keep them under control to prevent any damage.
The property is 70 kilometers from Cagliari and a little less than that from Elmas Airport. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the main beaches, such as Costa Verde, Torre dei Corsari, and Piscinas, with their famous sand dunes. Just a few kilometers from the town, you can visit the old mining towns of Montevecchio and Ingurtosu, which boast a picturesque landscape with Mediterranean scrub that serves as a habitat for Sardinian deer. There is also the famous Pistis Pond, known above all for its population of pink flamingos. In the town itself, you can visit the famous Knife Museum, where the world’s largest knife is on display. At the entrance to the town lies a vast pine forest for those who enjoy long, healthy walks while breathing in fresh air; you’re also welcome to have picnics there. The town also has playgrounds to keep the children entertained.
